Is this offer for both Prepaid and Postpaid?

• This offer is only for Post paid customers. » except for State of Tamil Nadu where the scheme cannot be run under provisions of Law. » COCP are also not eligible for this offer.

How can I be eligible for this Reward scheme?

• There are 2 ways to be part of this Reward Scheme. » By registering onto EBill during the Scheme period. » By paying your Postpaid Mobile bill through our Pay from Home Mode. Pls note - The payment should reflect in the customers account during the Offer Period i.e 1st Oct 2009 00:00:01 am to 31st Dec 2009 23:59:59 pm. Pay from Home modes is – Standing Instructions (SI), Electronic Clearance System (ECS), mCheck on Airtel, Web Payment (through Airtel or any other Bank website)

Are all Post paid customers eligible for the Reward Scheme?

• This scheme is not applicable for those subscribers who are: » Already registered on Ebill before 1st Oct 2009; and/or » Already paying through Pay from Home Modes (eg SI, ECS,mChek, Web Payment and EFT) » In case you are already paying from a particular mode before 1st Oct 2009 and move to another Pay from Home Mode you would   not be eligible for this Reward Scheme eg SI to ECS.

• The offer is from 1st October to 31st Dec 2009

What are Rewards if I pay my Mobile bills through Pay from Home Mode or register onto Ebill?

When will the reward be announced and handed over?

• The reward would be announced in the first week of the Month ie 1st week of Nov, then Dec and finally January 2010.

In case I have won the prize how would you inform me?

• We will have XYZ which will manage the selection of Reward winner. The selection would be done on a Random basis across India (except for State of Tamil Nadu where the scheme cannot be run under provisions of Law) You would then receive a call from Airtel informing you that you have been selected for the Reward. The basic requirements are » You need to be a Citizen of India. » Above 18 years of age. » You would be required to furnish your PAN card . » Proof of Address. » Such other documents that Airtel may require the eligible subscriber to furnish. Do I have to pay the entire bill amount?

• No. You can choose to pay any amount to Airtel Mobile.

If I pay my friends Airtel Mobile Postpaid Bill from any Pay from Home mode (like mChek) Am I eligible for the Reward?

• No, the reward shall be given to the eligible subscriber whose mobile is registered in the Ebill or in whose account the payment has been received during the validity period.

I have already won a Reward. Am I eligible for another Reward?

• No you would be eligible only once for the Reward during the offer period.

Can I take cash instead of the Reward equivalent to the Reward Price?

• No you cannot exchange the reward for cash.
