    Bharti Airtel Limited would announce results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2006 today, i.e. July 26, 2006 (Wednesday)

    New Delhi, July 26, 2006: Bharti Airtel Limited, India’s leading private sector provider of telecommunications services, will announce results for its first quarter ended June 30, 2006 today - Wednesday, July 26, 2006. The results will be available on the company's website, www.bhartiairtel.in, after duly informing the Stock Exchange.

    As intimated earlier, Bharti Airtel Limited and JM Morgan Stanley will host an earnings call for interested parties. Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Group Managing Director and Mr. Akhil Gupta, Joint Managing Director will present an overview of the performance of the company. Also, will be present other senior members of the management to respond to the queries of the participants. The call will take place at 2:30 pm IST (5:00 pm in Singapore and Hong Kong and 10.00 am in UK) today, i.e. July 26, 2006.
