New Delhi, February 21, 2008: Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Group CEO, Bharti Enterprises, has been awarded the prestigious JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award. This award has been conferred on Mr. Mittal for his outstanding contribution to the Indian Industry and recognizes him as a distinguished Corporate Leader who has consistently maintained exceptional standards in Professional Management. The award was presented to Mr. Mittal by Shri Sushil Kumar Shinde, Hon’ble Union Minister of Power, Govt. of India, at a grand ceremony held today.

This award honours distinguished and eminent personalities, who have made outstanding contribution in the corporate world and professional management. A jury selected from the distinguished personalities from the corporates, public enterprises, media and academicians decide on the awardees.
