Ques) Is the scheme applicable on all segments and geographies?
Ans) The scheme is available in cities where Airtel Broadband connection is available.
Ques) Can existing Airtel Broadband customers buy an HP/Compaq PC and avail the scheme benefits?
Ans) Yes. Existing Airtel Broadband customers can avail the scheme benefits. However there would be no rebate on installation charges or security deposit if the same has been paid for earlier. However, the customer would be eligible for a free Wi-Fi installation in case of a laptop.
Ques) Can a customer migrate to other plans before the tenure is over ?
Ans) No migrations are applicable only after 10 months or 12 months, as per the scheme availed.
If the customer insists on migration then he/she would cease to get the scheme benefits.
Ques) Will the customer get a refund if he/she gives up the Airtel Broadband connection before the tenure ends?
Ans) No. The customer will not get a refund if he/she gives up the Airtel Broadband connection. |

Terms and Conditions
Broadband is an ‘always on’ internet connection with a minimum download speed of 256kbps. This offer is extended by Airtel only in limited areas
where Airtel broadband has limited connectivity. Customers need to check with Airtel on the availability of broadband connectivity to their
residence. Provisioning of Airtel services to the customers shall be at the discretion of Airtel. HP is not responsible for service provided by Airtel. HP
shall not be responsible if Airtel refuses to provide service to the computer. HP and Compaq products are available without this offer as well. This is
a special offer from Airtel to HP and Compaq customers and this offer can not be encashed. |
