Under this Program, a Subscriber will be required to complete all formalities as required by the Company for participation and provide his/her authentic and correct information, failing which he/she shall be disqualified at any time.
The Company shall have verification check of all mobile numbers send by Subscribers for availing the services of this Program. The Company shall have its sole discretion to reject any Subscriber if his/her number is not cleared under the Companys or relevant third party verification process.
The modalities of the Program and selection of winners will be decided at the sole discretion of the Company.
If the Winner(s) are not contactable on his/her mobile number or no revert from the Winner is received within 3 days after first attempted notification, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s) and the original Winners entitlement to the prize will lapse and an alternative Winner(s) may be chosen thereafter.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other offer.
