Recharging your account is simple. To start with, whenever your payment is due, you will receive a message on your TV. Alternately you can also go to My Account option from EPG menu to see your account details.
Choose from a host of convenient payment / recharge options mentioned below and follow simple steps.
1. Recharge through IVR
Use your credit card to recharge for a minimum of Rs. 200, or a maximum of Rs. 10,000 by calling our IVR at 12150 from your Airtel mobile number.
If you are calling from a non-Airtel number, call us at 0124-4448080 (North), 033-44448080 (East), 020-44448080 (West), and 080-44448080 (South).
Choose 'Account recharge' from the Menu option. Then, select the denomination amount for payment/recharge and enter your credit card details for us to debit the amount towards your service subscription. Once done, your account balance gets instantly updated with the recharge value.
2. Recharge through website
You can recharge your account instantly through our website using your debit card, credit card, net banking and Airtel Money account. Just visit www.airtel.in/digital-tv/Recharge/ to recharge online.
3. Recharge through Airtel Money
You can also recharge using your Airtel Money account. Just dial *400# from your Airtel mobile or download the Airtel Money app.
