What is the airtel freedom pack?

110 mn people across India use Airtel, making it the largest network in the country. As a market leader Airtel has introduced pay per second Pack. Once you who opt for this Pack you can make all Airtel to Airtel calls (local and STD) at 1 paise per second and all other calls (local and STD) at 1.2 paise per second. This Pack will give you one year tariff validity.
All other SMS / roaming / ILD / VAS charges would continue as is at current tariff and 60 sec pulse. |

How can i take this pack?

| This Pack is available as a recharge (refer to Pack details section for
details click here) in the market. It is available both for existing customers and as
first recharge option for new customers. This is like recharging with any
other normal SVV. On recharging with this you will instantly get the tariff
and pulse benefits and one year tariff validity. |

What is the validity of the pack?

| The validity of the tariff benefit will be 1 year. For new customers the main account validity will be one year while for existing customers their current main account validity will continue. |

Can i take this pack if i already have an SVV (tariff voucher)?

| Freedom Pack cannot be combined with any other SVV. You can recharge with Freedom Pack, however the benefit of your existing SVV will stop. Similarly, if you recharge with any SVV after taking the Freedom Pack, the benefit of freedom Pack will stop. |

Can i take this pack if i already have a DA pack?

| Freedom Pack cannot be combined with any other DA Pack. In case you have free minutes in any DA account the same will continue till the free minutes get exhausted or the validity of free minutes is over. |

Can i take any full talktime offer with this pack?

| Freedom Pack cannot be combined with any other Full talktime offers. |

I have subscribed to airtel special five. If i recharge with freedom pack what tariff will be applicable?

| If you are an existing Special 5 customer, for calls made to numbers added in your Special 5 group you will be charged at the Special 5 Pack tariff (i.e A2A local@20p/min and A2A STD@50p/min). For all other calls you will be charged at the Freedom Pack tariff. |

How can iI get out of this pack?

| You can migrate out of the freedom Pack if you wish to, by recharging with any other SVV. However, if you wish to come back to this Pack anytime, you can just recharge with Rs XX and enjoy the benefits of Airtel Freedom Pack. |

I have a lifetime validity pack. How can i avail the benefit of freedom pack?

| You can recharge with Freedom Pack like any other normal SVV to avail tariff benefit of 1p/sec for 1 year. This will not affect your main account validity of lifetime Pack. |

How will my calls be charged if i take freedom pack?

For eg you have a main account balance of Rs.10. You make a call of 23 sec to any Airtel mobile number. You will be charged 23 paise for this call and end of call balance will be Rs 9. 77.You make a call of 250 sec to any non - Airtel mobile number. You will be charged 300 paise i.e Rs.3 for this call. Your end of call balance will be Rs 7.00 |

If i go on roaming (national / international), how will my charging take place?

| Freedom Pack tariff is available only on home network. Hence when you are roaming nationally or internationally the 1 sec pulse will not be applicable and you will be charged at base tariffs i.e local calls at Rs 1 /min and STD calls at Rs 1.5 / min. |

I am on airtel advantage pack. How is this pack different from airtel advantage?

| Airtel Advantage and Freedom Pack are 2 different SVVS. You can take only one of these at a time. If you are on Airtel Advantage your calls will be charged at per minute pulse (A2A local and STD@50p) and if you are on Freedom Pack your calls will be charged at per sec pulse (A2A local and STD @ 1p/sec). |

What are the benefits of this pack?

| The benefits may vary depending on the Pack that you are on currently, your benefit may raise from 15% to 50% on enrolling to Airtel Freedom Pack. If you make shorter duration call more often you can choose 1 Sec pulse Airtel Freedom Pack and if you make longer duration calls you can choose Airtel Advantage Pack. |

How can i take this plan?

You will have to subscribe to the plan to avail the benefits. It is available both for existing customers and for new customers.
If you are an existing Airtel Postpaid Customer, Just send an sms to 121 and we will change your bill plan to Airtel freedom 249 plan from the next bill cycle date. You can also call 121 and give your Bill plan change request.
If you are taking a new connection, You can visit the nearest Airtel Relationship centre or our sales executive will get in touch with you for documentation and enrolment to this plan . |

How can i get out of this plan?
