Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions ("Terms") subject to which the "Summer Special Bonanza" promotion is being organized and your participation is subject only to your acceptance of the same. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms hereinafter appearing you are requested to refrain from entering the promotion scheme.

This Promotion is being organized by Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Airtel") and there is no entry fees or charge associated with this promotion.

• 1. The duration of the Promotion shall be 15th Dec 2012 to 7th June 2013
• 2. To enter the Promotion you must purchase and activate an Airtel internet connection using fixedline or 3G Dongle during the promotion period.
• 3. The entry to the contest is by Sending SMS SECURE PC to 54646
  

  a. The offer is applicable for both Internet users of Fixed Line & 3G Dongle

  c. Prepaid Customers of 3G Dongle needs to subscribe daily for minimum 25 days to be qualified for the contest

  d. Please note that Fixed Line customers have no Pre Paid Option

  e. The 30-Day Free Trial Customer on 3G USB internet is not Qualified for the contest

• 4. Winners will be selected by a lucky draw.
• 5. airtel fixed line & 3G USB customer would stand a chance to win Samsung Galaxy S3 at the end of the campaign.
• 6. Weekly prizes are applicable for lucky winners on subscription of Monthly pack or annual pack or upgrade from monthly to annual pack
• 7. A total of 50 lucky subscribers (25 lucky subscribers for landline & 25 lucky subscribers for 3G USB per week) will be selected
• 8. Monthly subscribers are eligible for 2GB USB stick
• 9. Yearly subscribers (New and upgrade) are eligible for 4GB USB stick
• 10. Lucky winners will be contacted by airtel or airtel partner by phone or email. The prizes will be distributed at the end of Campaign.
• 11. The participants of this Promotion must-
  
  i. Not be employees or relatives of employees or friends or relatives of business partners of Airtel or any associated group company.
  ii. Provide such documentation and identity proof as Airtel may require.
  iii. Always adhere to any rules or guidelines as may be intimated by Airtel.
• 12. This is a promotional activity which is being provided on a "best effort" basis. Airtel makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, reliability or fitness of the Promotion or prizes for any purpose. The provision of any reward mentioned herein is subject to its availability. In case Airtel is unable to disburse any award mentioned herein, it shall make all reasonable efforts to replace the prize with such equivalent substitute that, in Airtel's opinion, most closely approximates the prizes mentioned here.
• 13. Any dispute arising from the conduct or execution of this Promotion or any dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction Indian law and the courts situated in New Delhi.
• 14. You expressly agree that use of the Promotion (and prizes available pursuant to it) is at your sole risk and that the Promotion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Airtel, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• 15. Airtel makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on or via the Promotion and assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions, (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and participation in the Promotion, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein, (iv) any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuence of transmission to or from or through the Promotion.
• 16. Airtel is not responsible for any content, Prize, reward, gratification or representation that is contained or may be available through the Promotion. You realize that Airtel does not audit or verify the quality or fitness of the prizes and rewards disbursed through this Promotion and hence can make no warranty or representation regarding the fitness of the prizes for any purpose. All warranties/ guaranties are passed on to you on as are made available to Airtel and any dispute/ greviance relating to any prize or reward should be raised with the manufacturer. Airtel makes no representations, warrantees, guarantees or any endorsements as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any products, services or other offerings that may be advertised or made available by a third party through the Promotion or which may be linked to the Promotion such as in advertising or a submission. Accordingly, Airtel will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and such third parties and you should always use prudent judgment in your association with such third parties.
• 17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Airtel limited be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your participation in the Promotion in any manner, even if Airtel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction and, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Airtel for the Promotion. You specifically agree and understand that Airtel is not liable to you for any content or illegal conduct of any third party and that you alone accept such risk of harm.
• 18. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Airtel from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Promotions; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.
• 19. Any provision of the these terms and conditions that are declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof.
