• What is the airtel Turbo ?

  • 115 mn people across India use airtel, making it the largest network in the country. As a market leader airtel has introduced airtel Turbo which gives beneficial simplified tariffs for local, STD and National Roaming. Once you who opt for this plan, following tariffs apply (CSR to refer the above grid and inform the customer)

• What are the benefits of this Plan?

  • The benefits in terms of savings per minute for local and STD calls may vary depending on the plan that you are on currently and your local/STD usage. For National roaming, you can save upto max of 90p / min on STD usage and 40p / min on local and incoming usage airtel Turbo.

• How can I take this Plan?

  • This plan is available at a Plan Enrollment Fees incl Incoming Validity of Rs98 for per minute charging option on Local / STD usage and Rs 99 for per second charging option. All you need to do is visit your nearest airtel Retailer and pay him Rs 98 or Rs 99 as per your choice. On paying the enrollment fees you will instantly get the new tariff benefits with one year main account validity ie incoming validity.

• Is this Plan available for all existing customers?

  • Yes, this plan is available for all existing customers. However, on opting for this plan you will get the benefits of Rs 98 or Rs 99 plan and existing plan benefits will stand withdrawn.

• What is the validity of the plan?

  • On opting for this plan you will get 1 year validity for the main account. After expiry of 1 year, you can recharge with validity recharge options available in the market to extend main account validity and continue to enjoy the tariff benefit. There is no tariff validity for this plan.

• Can I take a DA pack if am on the airtel Turbo ?

  • Airtel Turbo cannot be combined with any other Dedicated Account (DA) pack. In case you have free minutes in any DA account the same will continue till the free minutes get exhausted or the validity of free minutes is over. However you can avail of the benefits of any ISD/SMS/Night benefit DA pack.

• Can I take any full talktime offer with this plan?

  • Airtel Turbo cannot be combined with any other Full Talktime offers.

• I have subscribed to airtel Special Five. If I enroll to airtel Turbo what tariff will be applicable?

  • If you are an existing Special 5 customer, for calls made to numbers added in your Special 5 group you will be charged at the Special 5 plan tariff while in Home circle (i.e A2A local@20p/min and A2A STD@50p/min). For all other calls you will be charged at the airtel Turbo tariff.

• I have a lifetime validity plan. How can I avail the benefit of airtel Turbo?

  • You can opt for the airtel Turbo. However, you will lose your lifetime main account validity and get main account validity only for 1 year.

• I have a airtel Turbo, How can I avail the lifetime benefit Plan again?

  • You can recharge with any of the lifetime validity recharge. However, kindly note you will loose the benefit of the airtel Turbo and you will get tariff and account validity as per life time plan.

• I have a validity of greater than one year in my main account, how can I avail the benefit of Freedom Plan?

  • You can opt for the airtel Turbo. However, you will lose your existing main account validity and will get main account validity for 1 year.

Postpaid

• What is the airtel Turbo?

Once you opt for this plan you while on roaming you can make calls- To all airtel ( Local+STD) @ 60 Paisa To all Others (Local+STD) @ 80 Paisa All Incoming Calls @ 60 Paisa You have the flexibility of choosing either per Minute Pulse or Per Second Pulse Plan. The plans are Turbo 249 plan (with per minute billing on local calls) and Turbo 299 plan (With per second billing on local calls).

• How can I take this Plan?

  • You will have to subscribe to the plan to avail the benefits. If existing airtel Postpaid Customer, For airtel Turbo 249 plan, Just send an SMS <Turbo 249> to 121 For airtel Turbo 299 plan, Just Send an SMS <Turbo 299> to 121 Basis your choice, we will change your bill plan to the chosen plan from the next bill cycle date. You can also call 121 and give your Bill plan change request. For a new connection, you can visit the nearest airtel Relationship centre or our sales executive will get in touch with you for documentation and enrolment to this plan.

• Once I move to this plan can I take another plan?

  • You can migrate out of the Turbo plan if you wish to, by simply giving us a request for plan change to any other plan of your choice at any point in time and we will change your plan from the next bill cycle date. However, you will loose the benefit of lower roaming tariff .

• How will my calls be charged if I take Turbo 249/299 Plan?

  • The roaming Calls would be charged at Per min pulse in both the plans. The Local & STD calls while in home network, would be charged at per min pulse in Turbo 249 plan and at per second pulse in Turbo 299 plan.

• I am on airtel Advantage/Freedom Plan. How is this plan different from airtel advantage/Freedom?

  • Airtel Advantage/ Freedom and airtel Turbo are 2 different plans. You can take only one of these at a time. The difference in both plans is that of the added National Roaming Tariff benefit which is not available in any other plan. Whats more, the Turbo Plan continues to offer the benefits of Advantage/Freedom plan for local and STD usage as well.

• What are the benefits of this Plan?

  • The plan offers you a benefit of upto 45% reduction in your roaming call costs.

• Can I get the new Roaming tariff benefit on my existing plan?

  • As per Govt regulations, Roaming benefits cannot be offered as separate toppings and have to be a part of a Tariff plan. Accordingly, you will have to change your existing plan to the Turbo plan for availing the Roaming tariff benefits.

• Is CUG facility available on the New Turbo plans?

  • Currently CUG facility is not available on the Turbo Plans.
