New Delhi, July 28, 2010 : Bharti Airtel Limited to host its fifteenth annual general meeting of the Company on Wednesday, September 01, 2010.
The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 21, 2010 to Wednesday 01 September 2010 (both days inclusive) for the following purposes:
- Payment of dividend if declared at the Annual General Meeting;
- Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, September 01, 2010.
