| What are Airtel daily use packs? |
| These are daily use packs from Airtel. To avail the benefit you simply have to dial *222# and choose from a menu of offers. You will get a confirmation SMS once the pack has been activated on your account. Benefit and validity will be as per your circle offer. Rs.5 will be deducted from your balance as pack charges. |

| Can I recharge with Airtel daily use pack in the market? |
| Airtel daily use pack can only be availed by dialing *222#. They are not available as e-recharges. |

| I dialed *222# and subscribed to a pack, but I have not received the benefit. |
| In most cases you will receive the benefit within a few minutes. However, due to connectivity issues it might take longer to process the request in some cases. You will get a confirmation SMS within 1 hour. |

| Can I activate more than 1 daily use pack on the same day? |
| You can activate more than 1 pack, provided you have sufficient balance in your account. |

| Can I activate 1 pack multiple times in a day? |
| You can activate any of the 1 daily use packs as many number of times as required in a day, provided you have sufficient balance. The benefit will get accumulated and will be valid till midnight. This does not apply to Airtel to Airtel call rate pack, which can be activated only once in a day. |

| I am on Airtel’s per second charging plan. Can I subscribe to daily use pack? |
| Yes, you are eligible for all Super 5 packs. After benefit expiry your normal per sec charges will apply. |
