This reward scheme is hosted by Bharti Airtel Ltd, a company having its office at Bharti Crescent, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, Phase II, New Delhi – 110 070 (hereafter referred to as “Airtel”) and having its communication address at Plot No.16-C, Atlas Chowk, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana and the reward scheme is open for a limited period only in Delhi. |

This reward scheme is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and the rewards shall be given to the eligible subscribers selected on random basis. |

Valid Period: From 1st April 2010 00:00:01 AM till 31st July 2010 11:59:59 PM. |

Eligibility Criteria: This reward scheme is valid only for subscribers of Airtel who fulfill the following criteria during the validity period: |

| 4.1 |
During the validity period the subscriber must register for eBill. |
|
|
| 4.2 |
Only those subscribers shall be eligible for the reward under this scheme who has either registered for eBill and as per the terms of this scheme. |
|
|
| 4.3 |
Eligible subscriber must be a citizen of India & 18 years of age. |
|
|
| 4.4 |
Eligible subscriber must have a valid PAN card. |
|
|
| 4.5 |
Eligible subscriber must not be suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc. |
|
|
| Airtel reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate. Only a valid entry will be eligible for selection for the rewards. | |

The reward shall be given to the eligible subscriber whose name is registered in the eBill during the validity period. |
|
|
| 6 |
The selected subscriber will be eligible for only 1 reward during the validity period and if he has already been selected for one reward, then he will automatically not be considered for any subsequent rewards, regardless of the number of entries. |

The following rewards will be awarded to the selected subscriber of this scheme during the entire Validity Period by means of periodical selection by an eminent jury panel from the pool of eligible subscribers who have successfully completed their entry: |

i. 10 eligible subscribers will be selected every month.

This reward scheme is not applicable for those subscribers who are: |
| |
8.1. already registered on eBill before 1st April, 2010; |
|
|
| 9 |
The rewards are not exchangeable for cash on any other offer. |
|
|
| 10 |
The reward under the reward scheme is neither assignable nor transferable to any person/s under any circumstances. |
|
|
| 11 |
The reward to the eligible subscriber shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/processes /formalities in connection with the reward and subject to the production of all such documents/papers as required by Airtel before accepting the delivery of the reward. |
|
|
| 12 |
Any failure on the part of the eligible subscriber to comply with any direction/s of Airtel of claim of reward shall entitle Airtel of cancel / forfeit the reward. |
|
|
| 13 |
If the reward can not be given to the eligible subscriber due to any reasonable cause then Airtel, in its sole and exclusive discretion, may offer an alternative to the reward, which shall either be a suitable gift or anything equivalent to the reward. |
|
|
| 14 |
Apart from the above-mentioned rewards, nothing else will be provided to the eligible subscriber. All incidental/applicable costs/taxes/levies (including TDS), insurances, transfers and other expenses (including postage, incidental and delivery chanrges), if any, will have to be borne by the eligible subscriber. The applicable taxes would be either deducted/to be paid by the eligible subscriber through DD (Demand Draft) or through a cheque drawn in the name of Bharti Airtel Ltd.) |

Airtel may to its best ability inform the eligible subscriber by contacting him/her on his/her mobile number or communication address available with Airtel. However, if the eligible subscriber is not reachable due to any reason (s) beyond the reasonable control of Airtel, then the results of the reward scheme may be accessed on the website www.airtel.in. The results generated will be final and binding. |

| 16 |
The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the eligible subscriber shall include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive) and Airtel at its sole discretion may insist on such further proof as it may deem fit and necessary. |

Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations etc in the manner prescribed; |

Submission of acknowledgement letter (as per the format provided by Airtel) on receipt of the reward(s); |

Such other document that Airtel may require the eligible subscriber to furnish. | |

| 17 |
The rewards can be of any make and model. |
|
|
| 18 |
Airtel shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the reward or for damage caused to the reward during delivery or for delayed delivery. Eligible subscriber acknowledges that the rewards are provided on an “as is basis”. |
|
|
| 19 |
Airtel will have the right to use the image of the eligible subscribers in any promotional material. By being eligible for the reward scheme, eligible subscriber agrees that the selected eligible subscriber, he/she shall participate in any promotional activity(ies) and/or have his/her name and likeness featured in any promotional material as Airtel may require. |
|
|
| 20 |
The employees of Airtel and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this reward scheme. |
|
|
| 21 |
Neither Airtel nor any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representative shall guarantee the reward. |
|
|
| 22 |
Eligible subscriber irrevocably consents for use of any personal information towards any validations that may be required by Airtel. |
|
|
| 23 |
Eligible subscriber hereby agrees and undertake not to hold Airtel and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that eligible subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present reward scheme. |

| 24 |
Airtel will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this reward scheme caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network, etc. |
|
|
| 25 |
The reward scheme is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Airtel. Any failure on the part of the eligible subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the eligible subscriber. |
|
|
| 26 |
Any eligible subscriber who manipulates the reward scheme in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of Airtel. In such event Airtel shall not be liable to consider the eligibility of the eligible subscriber thereafter. |
|
|
| 27 |
The decision of Airtel in respect of all transactions under this reward scheme shall be final and binding. |
|
|
| 28 |
Airtel reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this reward scheme or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at their sole discretion at anytime during it's validity having regard to business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the eligible subscriber. |

Airtel reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this reward scheme or to withdraw it completely. |
|

| 30 |
Airtel is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any reward scheme related materials, or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with this reward scheme, or process any transaction thereon. |

Airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures which shall include failure in the telephone line, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct updates due to technical snags before or during or after the completion of the reward scheme. Further, Airtel shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which are beyond the reasonable control of Airtel. |

The Terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Indian law only and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all disputes and difference arising out of this reward scheme. |
