An employee should transfer his PF to his new code on Exit and joining another organization in India having a PF Code.

The employee needs to fill the Form 13 and submit it to his new employer. We will provide the Form 3A (on request).

guidelines for pf withdrawal

An employee can withdraw his PF deposits from RPFC only on the following conditions.

1. He/She has retired from service

2. He/She is going abroad

3. He/She is joining an organization which is exempted

4. He/She is not joining any organization – in which case this activity to be done only after completion of 2 months from the "Last Working Date"

Employee to submit withdrawal forms (Form 10 C & Form 19) duly filled along with copy of Passport and Visa (in case going abroad).

In case the membership is for a period less than 6 months, he will have to submit only Form 19 as he will not be able to claim the pension fund.

In case the employee has more than 1 PF code due to his stints in various Circles in India, he has to fill up the above forms for each of his PF code.
