  • What is my ‘registered mobile number’ for my airtel broadband or 4G LTE?

    Your registered mobile number is the mobile number that you shared with us at the time of registration of your airtel broadband or 4G LTE.

  • What is my ‘registered mobile number’ for my airtel digital TV?

    Your registered mobile number is the mobile number that you shared with us at the time of registration of your airtel digital TV.

  • How can I add or remove a service from My Account?

    Once you have created your My Account password, you will be shown a list of services that are already linked to your mobile number. We request you to take a moment there to add or delete any services, if required.

    However, you can also add or delete services once you have logged into your my Account.

  • Can I login into My Account through Google or Facebook?

    Yes, you can login to My Account through Google or Facebook. Post the login, you will be asked to mention all the airtel services linked to your account. Kindly note that you will be asked to do this only on the first time you login with Google or Facebook.
