3. Can I use Adobe Express on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access your account on multiple devices and all your work syncs automatically. Adobe Express is
available:
- On desktop browsers.
- As a mobile app for iOS (iOS 17+) and Android (Android 10+) on supported devices.

All Airtel customers will have access to 12 months of Adobe Express Premium worth INR 4000 (approximately).
5. Who is eligible?
This offer is open to all active Airtel users (prepaid, postpaid, Wi-Fi & DTH).
6. How do I redeem the offer?
You can redeem the offer via the Airtel Thanks App. Follow the below steps:
- Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in with your Airtel number.
- Go to the Thanks benefits section (look for “Claim OTTs and more,” or the “Discover Adobe Express
Premium Offer”
banner).
- Tap the Offer Banner to view details and begin the redemption process.
- Sign in or create an Adobe account when prompted.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to activate the Adobe Express Premium subscription.
- Download the Adobe Express app from the Play Store or iOS App Store.
7. How long is the offer available?
You can redeem the offer anytime between 29th January, 2026 and 28th January 2027.
After this, users will no longer be able to redeem.
8. When does my 12-month subscription start?
Your subscription begins the day you redeem the offer on the Airtel app and go through
the redemption process.
9. Are there any limitations?
Yes:
- The offer is non-transferable.
- You must remain an active Airtel customer for the full 12-month period.
- Only one redemption per user is allowed.

14. What happens to my projects if I downgrade or lose access to Premium?
If you downgrade or lose access to Premium, you will retain access to your existing projects, but some
premium features,
templates, and assets may become unavailable. You can continue to use the free version of Adobe Express with
basic tools
and templates.
15. Who do I contact if I have issues accessing Adobe Express Premium via Airtel?
