What is the 5GB Free Data benefit program?

5GB Free Data benefit program is an exclusive opportunity for new Airtel Prepaid 4G service users to get 5 data coupons on 1GB by installing and registering on Airtel Thanks app.

Who all are eligible for the program?

All Prepaid user who has got a new 4G SIM or upgraded from a 2G/3G to a 4G device hence getting into Airtel 4G service and has a valid prepaid plan is eligible for 30 days to enroll by installing and registering into Airtel Thanks app. Offer is valid only for the 1st time download of Airtel Thanks app and one user can claim the offer only once. Both 1st time download and offer eligibility is based on the Airtel prepaid mobile number of the user.

How will the free data get credited to the user?

Eligible customer, on successfully downloading and registering Airtel Thanks all will be getting 5 data coupons of 1GB each credited automatically within 48 hours. Coupon will be valid for 90 days from the day of credit and each coupon (of 1GB each) need to redeem separately. Upon redemption 1GB data will be added to the user’s account which will be valid for 3 days (calendar days including day of redemption) or till exhausted. Please note user need to have an active Airtel prepaid plan to redeem the data coupon.

I have installed and registered on the app and not able to find the free data?

Please check ‘My Coupon’ section on the app your free data coupons will be available in that section. If you have activated your connection and installed the app, please wait for 48 hours and recheck. If it is still not visible reach out to us. Please note this offer is available to users who are downloading and registering on the app for the first time.

I have got the coupons but able to claim?

Please check if you an active Airtel prepaid pack, coupons can be claimed only when the user is on an active prepaid pack. Also check if the if the coupons have expired, every coupon has a validity period of 90days from the day of credit. Try closing, re-opening the app and repeating the claim process. I have redeemed the coupon but app is not showing additional data?

If you have got a success message at the end of your redemption process your credit has been successful. Try closing and re-opening the app and check if the data is reflecting. If you are still facing problem, please reach out to us.
