Q: How can I add accounts under One Airtel plan?

A: You can add accounts to your One Airtel plan from the ‘My Home’ section, which can be reached by clicking on the One Airtel plan banner on the main page of the Thanks App.


Q: How do I make a common payment for all my accounts under One Airtel plan?

A: One Airtel plan lets you make a single payment for all accounts added by you in a few simple steps. The bill for the unified plan can be viewed and paid from the Bill section.


Q: I have an Airtel Prepaid number. Can it be added to One Airtel plan?

A: Only Postpaid connections can be added to One Airtel plan to claim benefits. You can easily upgrade your prepaid number to a postpaid in a few simple steps on My Airtel App.


Q: Can I add/remove an account from my One Airtel plan?

A: Yes. You can add/remove accounts from One Airtel plan as per your convenience. However, it may have implications on the discounts & benefits availed by you as a One Airtel plan customer.


Q: Can I make individual payments?

A: Of course, You can make individual payments. However, that payment would be allocated proportionately across all the accounts under the One Airtel Plan, basis the outstanding amount of each account. We encourage you to follow One Account, One payment rule.


Q: I have received an interim bill for one of my account after adding that account under One Airtel plan. Why?

Q: How can I add my Non-Airtel numbers (prepaid & postpaid) under One Airtel plan?
