Terms & Conditions for listing of Airtel Wi-Fi through Xiaomi
- Offer is being made available by Bharti Airtel Limited and/or Bharti Hexacom Limited (“Airtel”) in its discretion solely to customer(s) who have purchased a Xiaomi Smart TV and have requested installation or repair of the same, and who express interest in subscribing to Airtel Wi-Fi services via a lead generated through Xiaomi ("Eligible Customer/s"). Xiaomi is acting solely as a lead generator for Airtel and is not selling, distributing, or otherwise providing Airtel Wi-Fi services to any customer. All Airtel Wi- Fi services are provided exclusively by Airtel.
- Xiaomi is not processing, storing, or retaining any customer data in connection with Airtel Wi-Fi services. Xiaomi's role is limited to the initial referral of customer leads to Airtel, and Xiaomi shall have no further involvement in the provision of Airtel Wi-Fi services.
- Eligible Broadband Plans: This Offer is extended only to Eligible Customer who subscribe to following high-speed Wi-Fi plans - INR 699/599, 899, 1199, 1599, 3999 (“Eligible Plans”). These plans may change at Airtel’s discretion. Details will be provided during the connection process.
- Under this Offer, Eligible Customers will get ₹1,200 off in the form of 12 bill-adjustment coupons worth ₹100 each. Each coupon can then be redeemed on monthly bill adjustments on the Airtel Thanks app for 14 months post first positive bill & consumption of ₹1,500 advance. Offer coupons can be claimed on the Airtel Thanks app while making bill payments for the Eligible Plans. Only 1 coupon can be claimed at the time of each payment.
- This offer is strictly non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-negotiable, and shall not be subject to renewal under any circumstances.
- This Offer is valid solely for customers who subscribe to Airtel Wi-Fi and Eligible Plans pursuant to a lead generated through Xiaomi. After the Offer period ends, the selected Airtel Wi-Fi plan shall be automatically renewed and billed at the standard applicable rate.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided for the delivery and installation of the Airtel Wi-Fi equipment. Once the delivery address is provided in the Digital Journey, the feasibility is determined. Customer can proceed for the selection of plan (not mandatory) and payment of advance INR 100 only when the address is feasible. Upon the payment of advance INR 100, the order gets booked at Airtel’s end. Xiaomi’s fleet can only collect the payment via QR code or sending the payment link directly to customer’s mobile number which was used to start the journey
- The customer is required to confirm a preferred time slot for the installation of the Airtel Wi-Fi connection. Upon confirmation, Airtel shall proceed with scheduling the delivery and installation accordingly. If the slot is not confirmed by the customer, Airtel will allocate the best possible slot for the installation.
- For lead generation, the Customer needs to pay INR 100/- as a booking amount to Airtel and upon receipt of the booking amount of INR 100 from Customer, Airtel will initiate the service booking and installation of the Airtel Wi-Fi. This advance of INR 100 will be initiated by Xiaomi representative by sending a QR Code or payment link to customer’s mobile number. No cash payments are to be made by the customer to Xiaomi representatives or Installers. Any payment made directly to a Xiaomi representative or Installer will not constitute a valid order. The booking amount will be adjusted against the advance payment given at the time of installation. Airtel shall collect the remaining payable amount at the time of installation, which is a prerequisite for the final delivery and activation of the Airtel Wi-Fi connection. If Airtel is unable to fulfill the service request, the booking amount will be refunded in full to the customer.
- The Offer discount shall not be applicable in the event the customer (i) fails or refuses to pay the monthly bill, (ii) discontinues or expresses intent to discontinue the Airtel Wi-Fi services, or (iii) is barred from accessing the services due to non-payment or any other reason deemed appropriate by Airtel at its sole discretion.
- The Offer will remain applicable even if the customer upgrades or downgrades their plan, provided the new plan is one on which the offer is valid. However, the coupons are only valid for the first 14 months from the date of customer onboarding.
- The Offer and Airtel Wi-Fi services are governed by Airtel’s Terms and Conditions available at airtel.in.
- Airtel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notice, if so required in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other statutory agency whose changes are applicable to Airtel, and the same shall be binding on the Eligible Customers who have availed this Offer.
- Any changes in the Terms will be posted on https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms- conditions (“Website”) & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions. By Availing the Offer, the customer agrees that the customer has gone through these Offer Terms and Conditions and agrees to the same.
- Airtel makes no express or implied warranties, guarantees, representations or undertakings whatsoever regarding the Service/equipment etc. unless expressly mentioned in the Form.
- Quality, functionality and/or availability of the services, may be affected and Airtel, without any liability whatsoever, is entitled to refuse, limit, suspend, vary or disconnect the services, at any time, for reasonable cause.
- Airtel reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend or prematurely withdraw the Offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
- Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
- In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Airtel or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this Offer and services. Airtel’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the last fee paid by the customer.
- These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each Eligible Customer who subscribes to the Offer. By subscribing to the Offer, the Eligible Customer accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
