Q: What is Airtel Home?


A: Airtel Home helps you to add/bundle your various Airtel accounts like Postpaid, Broadband & DTH (Airtel Digital TV – Coming Soon!). Once you have added various accounts under Airtel Home, you can:

  • Avail exciting benefits & discounts as an Airtel Home customer
  • Get a unified bill for all your accounts
  • Make a unified/single payment for all your accounts
  • Get preference as our esteemed Airtel Home customer

Q: How can I add accounts under Airtel Home?


A: Adding your Airtel accounts under Airtel Home is easy. You can add accounts to your Airtel Home through the My Home section.

  • Click on the Airtel Home banner
  • Select your Broadband ID
  • Select the accounts to be added
  • Enter the respective OTPs received on your registered mobile
  • Submit to add the respective accounts

Q: How do I make a common payment for all my accounts under Airtel Home?


A: Airtel Home lets you make a single payment for all accounts added by you in a few simple steps. Airtel Home Bill can be viewed from the Bill section and payments can be made from the My Home section of your account.


Q: I have an Airtel Prepaid number. Can it be added to Airtel Home?


A: Only Postpaid connections can be added to Airtel Home to claim benefits. You can easily upgrade your prepaid number to a postpaid in a few simple steps on My Airtel App.


Q: Can I add/remove an account from my Airtel Home?


A: Yes. You can add/remove accounts from Airtel Home as per your convenience, however it will have implications on the discounts & benefits availed by you as an Airtel Home customer.


Q: Can I make individual payments?


A: Of course, You can make individual payments under Airtel Home. However, that payment would be allocated proportionately across all your added accounts, basis the outstanding amount of each account.


Q: I have received an interim bill for one of my account post adding that account under Airtel Home. Why?


A: To provide you with the convenience of paying a single bill for multiple accounts, we have ensured that bill generation for your multiple accounts happen simultaneously.


Q: I am getting my DSL/Broadband disconnected. Will my Airtel Home continue?


A: Your Airtel Home benefits continue depending upon number of broadband connections you have. You would, however, need a minimum of one broadband connection to continue to avail Airtel Home benefits.


Q: What discount do I get as an Airtel Home customer?


A: The discount that you are eligible for depends upon the number of connections added to the Airtel Home. You can check your Home Discount Structure from the Settings section of your account.


Q: How can I add my Non-Airtel numbers (prepaid & postpaid) under Airtel Home?


A: Airtel Home can be claimed for your Airtel postpaid connections only. To avail exclusive benefits and discount as our preferred Airtel Home customer, switch to Airtel postpaid connection now.
