Mohan Narayan Shenoi is President, Merger integration Management, Integration Management Office (IMO), Kotak Mahindra Bank since December, 2014. Has 37 years of experience in the financial sector, 13 years of which have been with Kotak Group.
Punita Lal is a professional manager with over 28 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing and Leadership in the FMCG world. Having worked in India, Hong Kong & China, her work experience spans multiple disciplines, geographies and cultures. She now runs her own Strategy and Marketing consultancy.
Rakesh Kapur is Joint Managing Director & CFO of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO). He is an ex-Indian Revenue Service (1978 Batch) Officer and held various senior assignments in Government of India.
Mr. Subhash Sheoratan Mundra, is a seasoned and committed banker, with a distinguished career spanning over four decades, during which he held various high level positions, including Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Baroda, Executive Director of Union Bank of India, Chief Executive of Bank of Baroda (European Operations) amongst others, culminating as the Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank of India, from where he finally retired his office in July 2017.
