  • If any type of fraud happens with Retailer/Customer then the issue should be reported to Fraud Reporting team
  • Retailer

    Retailer can approach respective CS Head/CGO or can directly
    send an email to Fraud.reporting@airtelbank.com

    Customer

    Customer can report the issue via Airtel Thanks app by tapping on “Need more help” or can send an email to wecare@airtelbank.com Fraud.reporting@airtelbank.com

  • Modus Operandi (Nature of Fraud)

  • Victim Details

  • Transaction Details

  • Date & Amount

  • FIR / Complaint Copy
