For every customer who opens a savings bank account with Airtel Payments Bank, a free Personal Accident Insurance of Rs. 2 lakhs is provided to the customer, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions:-

·       Age – 18-70 for new issuance. Policy is renewed till account holder attains the age of 75

·       Rewards, Rewards-mini, CKYC & VKYC customers are not eligible

·       Policy is only issued to customers who have nominee updated at the time of onboarding

No, only the individual who has opened an Airtel Payments Bank Account and fulfils the required conditions is covered.

Ensure to do at least 1 debit transaction in every 30 days to renew the insurance.

Policy Issuance Period: 30 days. Policy renewal period: Next 30 days.

The policy is offered free of cost and the customer does not have to pay any insurance premium.
