Utility Bill Payment

Airtel Payments Bank is facilitating a cashless society through migration of bill payments from cash to electronic channels and digital modes. Though My Airtel app, website & 5 Lac + banking points Airtel Payments Bank has become the one stop shop of basic requirements related to utility payments including Electricity, Water, Gas, Telecom and more.

1. Avoid queues and pay bills anytime, anywhere on My Airtel app, website or nearest neighbourhood banking points
2. One point solution for essential utility bill payments such as electricity bill, phone bill, DTH, piped-gas

There are multiple ways to use this service.

1. Log in to My Airtel App and navigate to the Payments Bank Section.
2. Tap on ‘Pay Bill’ from the quick action menu.
3. Select the biller category for which the payment is due.  (Biller categories currently available: mobile postpaid, landline, broadband, data card, electricity, gas and water)
4. Enter your account number specific to the selected biller and tap on ‘Pay Now’.
5. Enter the amount to be paid or confirm the outstanding amount fetched.
6. Enter your MPIN to authenticate and complete your transaction.
