- Fill in the form or speak to our customer representative, after that you will get a new Broadband connection installed at your preferred address.
What is the price of a new Broadband connection?
The price of a new Broadband connection is 1500 inclusive of GST, Post exhaustion of 1500 advance, INR 1000 cashback will be adjusted with 100 Rs in next 10 bills paid via Thanks app. This is inclusive of Hardware & Installation charges.
How much time does it take to activate the new Broadband plan?
Any new Broadband connections get activated within 48 hours.
What is the installation & Hardware charges for new Broadband connection?
The installation charges for a new Broadband connection are waived off at 1500 Rs. advance. If you opt for a monthly plan, you will have to pay Rs. 1500 for installation in selected plans.
Which documents are required for a new Broadband connection?
There are 2 main documents required for a new Broadband connection.
- Proof of Identity
- Address Proof
You can use any of the following as identity proof:
- Voter ID card
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- Ration card (with photo)
- Driving License
- Passport
For Address proof, you can produce any one of the following documents:
- Latest electricity bill
- Latest telephone bill
- RC copy of your vehicle
- Rental Agreement
- Passbook
- Voter ID card
- Aadhar card
- Passport
Will I get the maximum Broadband speed promised in the plan?
The speed of Broadband shall vary as per your selected Tariff Plan, which the customer subscribes.
How do I check my current Broadband plan in Airtel?
Login in your Airtel Thanks app and head over to the Services> Broadband section to find out your current plan or You can login on Airtel’s website using your registered phone number or Service ID to find out your current Broadband plan in Airtel.
How do I change my airtel Broadband plans?
It is quite easy to change your Broadband plans. You can call Airtel Customer Care on 121 or 199 using your registered phone number. You can request the customer care executive to change your Broadband plans. Your request will be processed soon. You can also upgrade your plan from Airtel’s official website selfcare section.
Can we change our Broadband plan after subscribing and making payment?
Yes, you can change your Broadband plans after subscribing and making payment. Login in your Airtel Thanks app and head over to the Services> Broadband section to find out your current plan & select the new plan or dial Airtel Customer Care at 121 or 199 using your registered phone number.
Will I receive landline/telephone/handset/receiver with the Broadband router?
While you receive unlimited Local and STD calls, the landline/telephone/handset/receiver instrument will not be provided from our end. For LCO cities, the same rules apply basis approvals from BSNL authorities.
Will the ownership of Broadband router be with the consumer?
While we do not charge any additional cost for Broadband router, the ownership stays with airtel, we will retrieve the device after permanent disconnection.
