• Advance billing module is available in specific markets.
• Customer needs to pay monthly rent in advance in order to keep his services active.
• The advance billing bill cycle will start on the day of activation of the customer and will continue for a period of 30 days.
• Post 30 days customer to recharge to continue the services.
• In case the customer fails to recharge post 30 days, services will be discontinued
• Delay in recharging post 30 day period will reduce the days of service for the customer. For eg – customer who is on a 1-30 bill cycle, post expiry recharges on 15th of the month. In such a case customer will be able to use services from 15th to 30th of the month. Customer must recharge on 1st of the month to ensure full 30 day service.
• Incase customer exhausts his GB quota during the bill cycle period, the plan speed will get throttled to1mbps speed and customer will continue to enjoy the services till the end of the bill cycle date.
• Advance rental options /Change plan/VAS/ISD/ Data and voice packs options currently not available.
• OTT benefit will be offered every month as per the eligible plan when the customer recharges.
• Customer will be able to dial toll free nos as they are not chargeable. However he will not be able to dial special nos (eg 53123)
• As and when additional services are ready for launch, we shall file the same.
• Installation fee of Rs. 1000 applicable on monthly plans while on subscription to 3m/6m/12m plans will be waived off. On 6m and 12m plans, subscriber will get an additional discount of 7.5% and 15% respectively on select plans.
• All Advance billing cities will have “Only DSL Services” and no voice services available for customers.
• With a view to give all Customers optimum Service and protect their interest, the Plan offered by Airtel shall be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) as formulated and implemented by Airtel from time to time.
• The Plan offered by Airtel shall be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which shall be imposed upon consumption of 3333GB in a billing cycle post which the speed of the data shall be reduced to 1 MBPS. The FUP may be amended and implemented by Airtel from time to time, at its sole discretion
• Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB/Airtel Xstream Box shall at all times remain the property of Airtel and Airtel may recover the STB along with ancillary equipments from the Customer, if Customer opts out of the Airtel fiber plan and/or otherwise chooses to discontinue Airtel’s DTH service.
• Airtel Xstream Fiber router shall at all times remain the property of Airtel and Airtel may recover the router along with ancillary equipments from the Customer, if Customer opts out of the Airtel fiber plan and/or otherwise chooses to discontinue Airtel’s Fiber service.
• The catalogue of movies, web series and online content available is subject to change from time to time.
• The subscriptions to OTT content shall be governed by the policies of Airtel and App owners.

  The CPE and Digital Services may be provided either by Airtel and/or its affiliates/subsidiaries. This Plan shall only be available as a bundled offering along with CPE and Digital services. The charges include Rs. 150 towards CPE and Digital Services, to be charged by Airtel and/or its affiliates / subsidiaries, as the case may be.
• 999/1499/3999 rental plans (749/1249/3749 plan)
  The CPE and Digital Services may be provided either by Airtel and/or its affiliates/ subsidiaries. This Plan shall only be available as a bundled offering along with CPE and Digital services. The charges includes Rs. 250 towards CPE and Digital Services, to be charged by Airtel and/or its affiliates / subsidiaries, as the case may be.

All FTTH connection routers have the ability to connect up to 64 devices (32 in 2.4ghz and 32 in 5.0 ghz) simultaneously and works optimally with the 1 gbps plan of Airtel Xstream Fiber.

1. All rentals are exclusive of taxes. GST of 18% applicable on the rental and activation fee.
2. Installation fee of Rs. 1000 applicable on monthly plans while on subscription to 3m/6m/12m plans will be waived off. On 6m and 12m plans, subscriber will get an additional discount of 7.5% and 15% respectively on select plans.

5. Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB will be made available to the customer at a refundable Security deposit of Rs. 1500.Along with the box, first month recharge will be provided by the customer. Post the first month usage, customer will have to regularly recharge the STB to keep the STB connection active. The Security deposit is refundable only if the customer completes minimum 10 recharges above a value of Rs. 360 else forfeited.
6. OTT benefit will be offered every month as per the eligible broadband plan, only if customer opts for DTH Xstream Box as well.
7. All OTT subscriptions will be provided to the customer through the Airtel Thanks APP. Zee5 subscription will be made available on Airtel Thanks app only with the purchase of Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB.
8. Voice benefits under the plan voucher will be chargeable for outgoing calls to premium nos.
9. The Airtel broadband ARP Plan is being provided by Airtel broadband to any customer who wish to avail Airtel’s DSL services. The payment for the plan is an upfront payment and will not be refunded incase the customer cancels the connection before the maturity of the agreed tenure.
10. The discount mentioned in the plan has been rounded off to the nearest value. The Offer is valid only in India and redeemable only upon taking fresh subscriptions to Airtel’s select DSL broadband rental plans in accordance with the present terms and conditions.
11. This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans.
12. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel.
13. In order for a new customer to avail the plan, the eligible customer must: visit the page www.airtel.in/broadband and select base plan, enter mobile number and address to raise request for new broadband connection or contact customer care to apply for subscription to Airtel Broadband services.
14. The extent of applicability of the said Plan, the usage by an individual customer and the entitlement of the Free Subscription Internet is subject to the network feasibility in the area of residence of the interested customer. The network feasibility of the specific area shall be communicated to the customer at the time of sale.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each customer and by subscribing to the Offer, you accept the same as binding upon you.
16. The terms and conditions of usage of Airtel continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the broadband services.
17. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or for any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of or related to this Offer.
18. AIRTEL HAS/WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, RELATING TO THE CUSTOMER AVAILING, NOT RECEIVING OR CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE OFFER.
19. AIRTEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF THE OFFER AND THE BROADBAND SERVICES INCLUDING AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, DISRUPTION OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.
20. Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Airtel regarding Airtel’s services or its availability. Airtel’s broadband network is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.
21. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone. For offer provisioning, Customer mobile number given for broadband request should match with mobile number used for broadband activation. Only one offer will be provisioned on any DSL ID, as mentioned by the Customer for availing the offer.
22. The actual speed will depend on the network feasibility in your area. Our executive will confirm the actual speeds post receipt of the order prior to the installation.
23. Airtel Xstream 4k OTT STB/Airtel Xstream Box shall at all times remain the property of Airtel and Airtel may recover the STB along with ancillary equipments from the Customer, if Customer opts out of the Airtel fiber plan and/or otherwise chooses to discontinue Airtel’s DTH service.
24. Airtel Xstream Fiber router shall at all times remain the property of Airtel and Airtel may recover the router along with ancillary equipments from the Customer, if Customer opts out of the Airtel fiber plan and/or otherwise chooses to discontinue Airtel’s Fiber service.
25. The catalogue of movies, web series and online content available is subject to change from time to time.
