  • Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for a group of LoBs
  • Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring that systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
  • Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements
  • Partner with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights
  • Drive internal mobility
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process
  • Drive various strategic projects / programs for organization-wide impact
