  • Drive and achieve stores profitability through delivery of agreed revenue & cost plan
  • Analyze Zone level analytics reports (KPIs) to identify issues, areas of improvement, deviations etc.
  • Ensure total compliance to airtel defined processes and policies
  • Co-ordination with Zonal/ Circle / Central cross-functional teams to ensure required operational support
  • Identify opportunity for new stores – select location, ensure  financial compliance  
  • Monitor all competitor activities and share recommendations for action
  • Drive customer centricity among all stores to ensure best service and monitor performance at store level and put into action plans of improvement
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships and ensure all new franchisees partners are aligned & imbibe serve to sell as way of life. Also ensure that the team of FRMs & store staff is 100% trained & certified
  • Drive local area catchment programs in conjunction with circle marketing team
