  • Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Tickets
  • Ensure Service Assurance and Service Delivery as per SLAs, and provide L2 support
  • Coordinating with supplier for all faults and follow up till resolution
  • Open TT for all Internal and supplier planned works and notify customers as per SLA times
  • Follow-up with Suppliers for timely start and completion of planned works
  • Wet plant performance monitoring and analysis, Repair coordination and testing
  • Ensuring the resolution of TTs as per timelines.
  • Ensure timely notification, impact list preparation
  • Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time
  • Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the Network
  • Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues
  • Effective co-ordination with Cable landing and Terminal Stations Escalations as per processes
  • Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLA's for Service Assurance and Service delivery
  • Effective communications to all stakeholders, Escalations as per processes
Skills Required:
  • Good technical knowledge of SDH,DWDM,OTN
  • Basic hands on any of the Transmission equipment's such as Infinera XTM, Xtera WDM, Coriant SDH, Ciena 6500, EKINOPS, Nokia PSS 16-II and PSS-24 etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering
Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years
24x7 Shift operations, Maintaining & Monitoring Submarine Network (Wet plant, SDH ,OTN & DWDM). Managing Trouble tickets. Co-Ordinations with Terminal Stations ,suppliers and capacity owners, Escalations & Notifications – Compliance of Agreed KPIs and SLA of Clients.
