    Airtel bajaj finserv insta EMI card Terms and Conditions

    By clicking on "Check Box" and my / our action of submitting this application by clicking on the "Submit & Get offer" button to avail co-branded Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card issued pursuant to co-branding arrangement between Xtelify Limited ("formerly known as Airtel Digital Limited") & Bajaj Finance Limited ("BFL") to me/us, I/we hereby expressly agree to be bound by below Terms and Conditions of BFL:

    1. I hereby confirm that I (i) am at least 21 years of age, (ii) can understand, read and access the world wide web / internet in English language
    2. I/we affirm that all information provided by me is correct, complete, and up-to-date and no information as required to process my application has been withheld.
    3. I/we hereby provide my consent to receive communications from BFL, its group companies, business associates, agents or representatives in relation to my/our cobranded Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail or any other digital means. I understand that I can opt out by withdrawing my consent at any time.
    4. I also authorize BFL:
      1. To use, verify, exchange, share or part with all information and details as provided by me to BFL's business partners/permitted assigns, affiliates/agents/service provider/representatives (collectively referred to as "Assigns") and any third party including but not limited to statutory bodies, Reserve Bank of India, GST Portal, Information Utility, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (NSDL)/UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL) or its Assigns for purposes such as, customer verification and due diligence in relation to the application for Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card and I shall not hold BFL/its Assigns liable for the use/storage/sharing of the data and information as stated above.
      2. to seek/obtain any other information, generate periodic reports relating to me either by itself and/or from any third party.
      3. To use, verify, exchange, share or part with all information and details pertaining to me, as received from Credit Information Companies (CIC) for the purpose of conducting a pre-qualification check and/or for creating a Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card offer for me.

    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE AIRTEL BAJAJ FINSERV INSTA EMI CARD

    Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Master Terms.

    1. CUSTOMER'S REPRESENTATIONS:

      I hereby state, confirm and agree as under:

      1. That I have applied for Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card of type as specified in the form ("Application Form"), from Bajaj Finance Limited ("BFL").
      2. That I hereby unconditionally acknowledge and accept that:
        1. the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is issued by BFL in electronic form.
        2. I acknowledge that BFL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject my application for Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card.
        3. I shall submit all documents including KYC documents in such form and manner as may be required by BFL in relation to my Application Form.
        4. CKYC Consent:
          1. I hereby authorize BFL to verify/check/obtain/download/upload/update/retrieve/receive my KYC details from/with the CKYC Registry (CERSAI): (a) by verifying such details through the CKYC number (i.e., KYC Identifier Number- KIN) provided by me or (b) by obtaining such CKYC number/KIN, through details shared by me for the Application Form.
          2. I hereby consent for receiving information from CERSAI and BFL through SMS/Email on the above registered number/email address.
        5. Aadhaar No. using e-KYC Authentication facility provided by UIDAI (Aadhaar e-KYC) / Aadhaar paperless Offline e-KYC Verification Specific (OKYC) consent:
          1. I voluntarily opt for Aadhaar e-KYC or (OKYC) or Certified Copy of Officially Valid Documents (OVD) or equivalent e-documents of OVD including documents issued through Digilocker and submit to the BFL my Aadhaar number, Virtual ID, e-Aadhaar, m-Aadhaar, Aadhaar PVC Card, Aadhaar Letter, XML file or Aadhaar Secure QR code, Masked Aadhaar, Aadhaar details, demographic information, identity information, Aadhaar registered mobile number, face authentication details and/or biometric information (collectively, "Information").
          2. I am informed by the BFL, that:
            1. submission of Aadhaar is not mandatory, and there are alternative options for KYC and establishing identity including by way of physical KYC with officially valid documents other than Aadhaar. All options were given to me.
            2. For e-KYC/offline verification, BFL will share Aadhaar number and/or biometrics with CIDR/UIDAI, and CIDR/UIDAI will share with BFL, authentication data, Aadhaar data, demographic details, registered mobile number, identity information, which shall be used for the informed purposes mentioned in 4(d) below.
            3. In case of OKYC, I shall share the Share Code or confirm on the auto populated shared code, as the case may be for successful XML file download and upload as contemplated under applicable law to complete my offline KYC process.
            4. I authorise and give my consent to the BFL (and its service providers), for following informed purposes:
              • KYC and periodic KYC process as per the PML Act, 2002 and rules thereunder and RBI guidelines, or for establishing my identity, carrying out my identification, offline verification or e-KYC, or Yes/No Authentication, demographic or other authentication/verification/identification as may be permitted as per applicable law, for all accounts, facilities, services and relationships of/through the BFL, existing and future.
              • For collecting, sharing, storing, preserving Information, maintaining records and using the Information and authentication/verification/identification records:
                • for the informed purposes above,
                • as well as for regulatory and legal reporting and filings and/or where required under applicable law;
                • producing records and logs of the consent, Information or of authentication, identification, verification etc. for evidentiary purposes including before a court of law, any authority or in arbitration.
          3. I understand that my Aadhaar number and core biometrics will not be stored/ shared except as per law and for CIDR submission.

          4. I hereby confirm that all the information and details including but not limited to financials/bank statements, KYC details provided/to be provided by me pursuant in support of my application or to be shared with any third party, including the CERSAI, are true, correct and up-to-date. I have not withheld any material information that may be required by BFL. I undertake to immediately keep BFL updated of any change in the information provided by me, specifically KYC/CKYC details, Bank details, change of my address/co-ordinates etc. and in case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I shall be held liable for the same and I will not hold BFL liable for any consequences that may arise owing to any delay/lapse on the my part.
          5. I authorize BFL to use my existing details and KYC documents/data for KYC compliance, if any, for this application and in case of any changes in my registered KYC or bank account details, I shall update about the same & submit the updated KYC to BFL forthwith.
          6. I shall make payment of the applicable fee and/or charges, as specified herein by BFL with respect to Existing Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card and as more specifically detailed under Annexure I below or such other/modified fees/charges as provided on https://www.bajajfinserv.in/all-fees-and-charges-new#iec.
          7. I hereby agree to pay such Fees as detailed under Annexure I below to BFL, for availing the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card,
          8. I understand that the aforesaid fee and/or charges are subject to changes and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
          9. That I have read and understood the Master Terms and Conditions applicable to Loans for Consumer Durable, Digital, Life style products and any other BFL loan products & existing member identification cards ("Master Terms") prescribed by BFL and available on website: https://www.bajajfinserv.in/consumer-durables_master_t-and-c_english.pdf and understand the applicability of the same for issuance and usage of Existing Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card and hereby agree to be bound by the same at all times including any additions/amendments thereto from time to time. I agree to keep myself updated of any revisions in the Master Terms as may be communicated by BFL through any Acceptable Means of Communication (as defined in the Master Terms).
          10. I authorize BFL:
            1. To exercise due diligence, including under applicable laws/regulations,
            2. to exchange and share all information and details as provided by me with third parties including service providers, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, telecommunication companies, statutory bodies Central KYC Registry, Reserve Bank of India, GST Portal, CIBIL/CRISIL/any credit rating agency/credit information company, Information Utility, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (NSDL)/UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL). including but not limited to customer verification and due diligence, credit rating, analysis of products/services availed by me, processing of my application and for enforcement of my obligations, to seek/obtain any information, generate periodic reports relating to me by BFL itself or through its service providers
            3. To exchange, share or part with all information relating to this application to credit bureaus/ credit reference agencies, its group companies, financial institutions, Credit Information Companies ('CIC'), NeSL, NSDL, Central KYC Registry (CERSAI) or any authorized third-party agency as BFL may deem necessary or appropriate for use or processing of the said information and shall not hold BFL or any of its group companies or its/ their agents/representatives) liable for use/sharing of the information as stated above.
            4. To seek/obtain any other information, relating to me, from any third party.
            5. To procure/avail my credit information report from CICs including CIBIL and provide it to me by deducting applicable charges for the same.
          11. That this Application Form, together with all its contents, KYC documents, etc. may be submitted to:
            1. The subsidiaries, group companies, partners affiliates of BFL, any service provider/third party with reference to rendering services in connection with the product(s) availed by me and/or for promoting/marketing various products and services.
            2. to any Regulator, Court, Law enforcement agency, Quasi-Judicial authority etc. on a need-to-need basis.
            3. To its business associates (subject to confidentiality restrictions) for integrating the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card usage on such business associate's website/ wallet, etc. as may be required for facilitating my use of Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card.

    II. EXISTING MEMBER IDENTIFICATION CARD/ AIRTEL BAJAJ FINSERV INSTA EMI CARD TERMS:

    1. Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is neither a credit card nor a stored value card, etc. and is used only for authentication of my identity while providing/processing the Loan.
    2. For each valid transaction initiated and approved by the BFL on the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, a new Loan account will be created by BFL, provided that BFL may at its sole discretion reject such loan transaction initiated through the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card. Further BFL may require additional documentation from me for approving the said loan transaction. In the event KYC documents founds to be not in compliance with extant regulatory guidelines, the transactions on online portal will not be allowed and customer can do transactions on physical stores by submitting required KYC documents.
    3. BFL may at any time, at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason, decide to withdraw the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card service and/or terminate any specific existing member identification or reduce/cancel the loan offer amount assigned. Further BFL will have no liability to the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card holder or any other person in this regard in any manner whatsoever.
    4. In the event of an unauthorized access to or use of Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Cardholder shall immediately inform BFL.
    5. I acknowledge that, Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is NOT a payment instrument and NOT assignable to any person. I hold myself responsible for any use/misuse of the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, and I shall be jointly and severally responsible for any liability that is incurred through such usage.
    6. I have given or shall give NACH mandate or any other Electronic Payment Instrument in favor of BFL covering all the outstanding dues including fees, penalties, cost and other applicable charges in connection with any Loan availed by me. The NACH mandate or any other electronic mandate given or to be given in favour of BFL by me the primary Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, shall also cover all outstanding in relation to the Add-on Insta EMI Card/ EMI Network Card linked to my Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card. Further I shall forthwith issue fresh NACH/ mandate or Electronic Payment Instructions in favour of BFL, if there is any revision in my repayment schedule/ EMI.
    7. I shall observe and perform all the obligations as provided herein and as provided under the Master Terms. If I am holding the primary Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card and avail Add-on Insta EMI Card/EMI Network Card (s) from BFL, I shall observe and perform all obligations under the Master Terms in relation to the Loan(s) availed using such Add-on Insta EMI Card(s) linked to my primary Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card including but not limited to the terms governing repayment. I understand and agree that in the event primary Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is blocked for any reasons whatsoever, the add-on Insta EMI Card/EMI Network Card will also get blocked.
    8. BFL Customer Care Contact details:
      1. For any grievances/queries, Customers can write to BFL at wecare@bajajfinserv.in or Customer can reach to BFL through https://www.bajajfinserv.in/reach-us.
      2. Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Cardholders may also call BFL Customer Care for any grievances/queries related to Existing Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card at 8698010101. This is not a toll-free number and normal call charges will be applicable.

    III. AIRTEL BAJAJ FINSERV INSTA EMI CARD USAGE:

    1. By using the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, the customer may avail loan for the consumer durable products, Digital, Life style products and any other BFL loan products that may be approved by BFL from time to time on easy EMI's;
    2. Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card shall not be used for any unlawful / unauthorized purpose.
    3. To avail Loan through Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card the customer will need to follow the below mentioned procedure:
      1. share the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card number or registered mobile number, card validity date, name on the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card and/or one photo identification at Merchant counter or BFL's branches or online platform of BFL itself or of BFL partners.
      2. enter his/her specific number code/PIN ("Transaction Code") or One Time Password ("OTP") received on his/her registered mobile number and/or the registered email id of the customer.
    4. Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, this application and payment of Joining Fee by the Customer, Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card cannot be used for purchase of products on loan, until successful registration of the NACH mandate by the Customer as per this Application Form, and
    5. BFL may at its sole and absolute discretion reject any Loan transaction/authorization initiated through Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card by the Customer, for reasons including but not limited to:
      1. On the basis of BFL's internal policies (i.e risk policies).
      2. On expiry/block of the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card.
      3. breach of NACH mandate/Electronic Payment Instrument repayment limit.
      4. breach of terms and conditions as specific under this Application Form or under the Master Terms.
    6. BFL may as per its internal policy may fix a first transaction loan offer amount which may vary customer to customer. The said loan offer amount will be communicated in the application journey and SMS communication to the customer.
    7. For Customers who have availed the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card through an online platform, they need to complete KYC at a physical store or through video-based KYC validation ("Video KYC")
    8. To enable online transaction through the Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, Customer needs to carry out first transaction at a physical store or complete a Video KYC before initiating an online transaction.

    COMMUNICATIONS RELATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    I hereby expressly authorize BFL and its service providers to connect with me by any mode of communication to assist with the product journey and provide me details pertaining to the products availed/may be availed by me.

    Annexure-l (Fee and Charges)

    4 Penal Charge Delay in payment of instalment(s) shall attract Penal Charge at the rate of 36% per annum per instalment from the respective due date until the date of receipt of the full instalment(s) amount.
    5 Convenience Fee *ETB - Up to Rs.270/- (Inclusive of applicable taxes) will be collected along with 01st instalment.

    Terms and Conditions for Flat ₹1000 Cashback

    1. DEFINITIONS:
    Following words shall for the purpose of these terms and conditions, be defined to mean as below:

    “BFL” refers to Bajaj Finance Limited.
    “BFL Platform” shall mean Bajaj Finserv App and website located at URL www.bajajfinserv.in

    through which the customer can initiate a request for availing finance facility from BFL.

    “Bajaj Pay Wallet” refers to the prepaid payment instrument / wallet issued by BFL to its Customers.

    “Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet” shall mean a sub wallet within the Bajaj Pay Wallet to store the Reward. “Customer” refers to the customer of BFL who is an Indian citizen and who avails a Finance

    Facility from BFL.
    “Finance Facility” shall mean the personal loan that the Customer wish to avail from BFL.

    “Offer Period” shall mean the respective periods beginning from 12:00 am on 12th February, 2025 until 12:00 pm on 30th April, 2026.

    “Product” shall mean the goods sold by the BFL enrolled store.

    “Reward” refers to the Cashback reward offered to the Customer(s) under the promotion, as more specifically detailed under below, provided the Customer fulfils all the conditions prescribed by BFL for the same.

    1) Eligibility criteria: The select customers who fulfil below conditions will be eligible for the reward:

    1. A)  Customer who has paid the fees for Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card through Airtel or BFL platform.

    2. B)  Customers who have received locked card over the BFL Platform; and

    3. C)  Customers who have received any communication via E.g., SMS/RCS/social media /Web Push/Push Notifications/App Inbox etc. over the Bajaj Finserv Platforms on all BFL partner’s app, web, channels, platforms and all Airtel platforms.

    4. D)  The product/s purchased by the Customer is/are duly delivered and is not cancelled by the Customer; and

    5. E)  The loan for the product/s purchased by the Customer at the above-mentioned Partner’s store should be duly approved and disbursed by BFL; and

    6. F)  The product/s is/are not returned by the Customer; and

    7. G)  Loan is not cancelled by BFL before the delivery of the products during Offer Period; and

    1. H)  EMI Card of the Customers should not be blocked at the time of redemption of Reward; and

    2. I)  The Customer should have paid first equated monthly instalment (“EMI”) to BFL for the loan availed under the Promotion.

    2. The Customer notes and understands that if the Customer fulfils the eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions of this Promotion, the customer shall be rewarded with a scratch card having inherent value of Cashback of Rs. 1000/- on successful disbursal of the first in-store transaction through EMI card during the Offer Period by the Customer.

    1. Offer can be availed once during the Offer Period.

    2. The Cashback Offer shall not be applicable to in store transaction and disbursement completed

      post the expiry period of 30 days from the date of payment of Airtel Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card

      fees.

    3. The said locked reward shall be unlocked on the next day of successful disbursal of the Finance

      Facility. Locked reward shall be valid for Offer period of the date of issuance of the locked reward. In case the loan is not disbursed during the Offer period from the date of issuance of locked reward, the reward shall lapse and the Customer shall not be entitled for any Reward.

    4. The usage of Rewards shall be governed by the Reward Terms provided in the Terms of Use of the Bajaj Finserv Application available at https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-of-use and the same shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

    5. The Cashback reward can be redeemed as follows.

      1. Customer shall search ‘Bajaj Finserv’ on Google Play Store or Apple App Store and

        download the Bajaj Finserv App and set up Wallet.

      2. If you are existing user having active Bajaj Pay Wallet, user has to enter mobile

        number and proceed with the One Time Password received on mobile number.

      3. On the homepage of the application, Customer shall click on the ‘Wallet’ icon and on the ‘Wallet Setup’ page fill in the necessary details which are- DOB, ID Type

        (PAN Card, Voter ID etc), ID number and ‘Submit’.

      4. Subsequently, the Bajaj Pay Wallet shall be activated.

      5. The eligible Cashback amount shall be credited to the Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet of the Customer as soon as the Customer scratches the Scratch Card.

    6. Customer acknowledges that the Cashback earned by him/her and credited to Bajaj Pay Sub Wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.

    7. Cashback must be utilised for making payments towards valid transactions.

    8. All applicable taxes, fees and levies (including ‘gift’ tax or tax deducted at source, where

      applicable) will need to be solely paid by the Customer(s).

    9. Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, customer shall be eligible for the Reward

      provided herein only subsequent to successful disbursal of Finance Facility in his / her bank account registered with BFL. Accordingly, the customer would not be entitled to receive any Reward in the event where application is not successful for any reason whatsoever.

    10. This promotion is available only for selected customer of Bajaj Finance Limited and is valid only for Indian citizens. This promotion is not applicable in places wherever prohibited and or on products / services / rewards for which such Offer cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever. For avoidance of doubt and for specific clarification this Offer is not applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu.

    1. BFLreservestherighttoextend,suspendorcancel,withdraworterminatetheOfferwithoutprior notice to the customer. BFL reserves the right, to add / alter / modify /change or vary any or all of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, the Offer by other Offers, whether similar to the Offer or not, at any time, without prior notice.

    2. Participating in this promotion is voluntary, and the Customer is not bound to participate in this promotion.There is no compensation for non-participation in the promotion under any circumstances whatsoever.

    3. None of the reward promotion / Offer involve any betting and / or wagering of money.

    4. This Promotion is not applicable to BFL’s employees.

    5. Where the Customer has provided any incorrect information at the time of registration for the

      promotion or in the loan application, his/her selection will be subject to cancellation at the sole

      discretion of BFL.

    6. This promotion is a special Offer for BFL Customers only and nothing contained herein shall

      prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Finance Facility availed by the Customer from BFL. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions prescribed by BFL for the Finance Facility availed by the Customer from BFL.

    7. Nothing herein amounts as a commitment by BFL to provide further or similar Offers.

    8. Quantum of Cashback received by the customer shall be as per the discretion of BFL and shall be binding on the customer. Customer hereby waives from raising any objections / disputes in any

      manner whatsoever.

    9. BFL,itsgroupentities/affiliatesortheirrespectivedirectors,officers,employees,agents,vendors,

      etc., shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, including for reasons arising out of use or non-use of products and/or Rewards or participation under this Promotion.

    10. The promotion is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

    11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out

      of or in conjunction with or as a result of this promotion or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against BFL.

    12. The Customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, the Customers shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
