Airtel personal loan FAQs

1) What is the maximum amount I can borrow?  
2) Where will Airtel transfer my credit amount? 

Your credit amount will be transferred to your preferred bank account that you add during the loan application. The same bank account will also be used to setup automatic EMI repayment once the credit is disbursed.

3) What are the fees? Why should I pay them? Are there any hidden charges? 

Standard charges that are applicable are as follows:

a) Processing Fee + GST: Amount will be transferred to your bank account after the deduction of Processing Fee . GST Invoice for it will be sent to your preferred email address.

b) Late Payment Penalty: This will be levied only in cases when you fail to make EMI payments by the due date.

c) Bounce Charges: This will be levied only in cases when auto-debit of EMI installment bounces from the linked bank account due to insufficient funds.

All the charges and fees would be clearly mentioned in your loan agreement. There are no hidden charges.

4) Which lenders are offering Personal Loans on Airtel and how to reach them for Customer Support?  

Airtel partners with various lenders to offer loan services to its customers. The lender that is approves your personal loan Personal Loan offer will be shown to you at the time of credit offering. It will also be mentioned on your loan agreement and all loan documents.

The loan detail card on the Airtel Thanks app also displays the name of your lender.

T&C document that you would receive on your registered email address after disbursal will also have the contact details of the lender.
