Terms and Conditions for Data Loan
- The is an emergency Data Loan facility, which allows Airtel customers to avail 1 GB Data valid for 1 Day (same day midnight) without doing any recharge.
- All customers having an active validity in their account are eligible and can opt for Data Loan.
- Customers can opt for Data Loan via channels like USSD by dialing *567*3# or by replying with “1” to the Interactive SMS sent from CLI 56321 when Data balances is over.
- The recovery of 1GB Data Loan will only be done from next Data Pack recharge done by the customer. Eligible MRPs for Data loan recovery are 22, 33, 77, 121, 149, 161, 181, 361.
- Customers who have taken Data Loan but have not cleared the loan by recharging any of the Data Packs as mentioned above, will not be allowed to take subsequent Data loan.
- This facility is available for Prepaid Customers across all licensed service areas.
