    • Airtel Postpaid plans leverage 5G slicing technology to deliver enhanced experience to customers on the 5G network.
    • These plans use an upgraded 5G network with advanced capabilities of slicing, marketed as Fast Lane Technology, which makes the network more efficient, for delivery of enhanced experience for postpaid customers.
    • 5G Slicing benefit is available for customers on all our postpaid plans. Existing postpaid customers will start enjoying the benefit automatically. Customers for whom an upgrade is pending, will see a pending action showing in the ‘Settings’ section of their phones. Customers can benefit from Slicing technology on the 5G network on any 5G SA-enabled smartphone, with latest software upgrades. Customers can also check their phone readiness for this feature by logging on to the Airtel App.
    • Airtel prepaid customers wanting to switch to Airtel Postpaid can do so easily through the Airtel App or by visiting any Airtel Store.
    • 5G Slicing benefit is available in all service areas where the 5G network and coverage is available. However, service quality may depend upon factors including but not limited to local/indoor coverage, handset limitations, software settings, third-party applications, or device malfunctions because of which we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, prevent temporary service outages, override force majeure events, or provide the same experience across all locations.
    • Airtel reserves the right to modify, amend, cancel, extend, suspend, or discontinue the Airtel Postpaid feature or these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons of business exigencies, and/or guidelines, directions, or regulations issued or amended by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DoT), and/or any other statutory, regulatory, or governmental authority.
    • In wireless networks, download/upload speed cannot be assured due to reasons beyond the control of mobile service providers. As per the test set up proposed in TRAI QoS Regulations, typical 10th percentile download/upload speed is 18 Mbps / 8 Mbps. This implies that 90% of our customers experience speeds higher than this speed.

    For customers on postpaid 5G slice, typical speeds are higher and can go up to 2 times faster.

    Airtel Postpaid plans Other Terms and Conditions
    • Under Postpaid plans, customer gets unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming), 100 SMS/day thereafter Home – 10p/SMS for all Local & STD and National Roaming –25p/SMS (local) 38p/SMS (STD). In addition, get special Airtel rewards starting with Postpaid 449 plan onwards.
    • It is clarified and stated that these offers are only meant for personal and non-commercial use, and is not intended for any commercial use, or special or enterprise plans. Airtel reserves the right to end/suspend/modify the Offer/services/implement throttle speeds in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
    • Commercial usage is considered where data usage is beyond 300 GB in every bill cycle
    • Bill is generated as per customer’s billing cycle and 3 days will be given to make the payment after the bill generation date under the respective billing cycle.
    • Migration from Postpaid Plan to Prepaid is allowed post 90 days from the date of activation of the plan.
    • Actual Data consumption is dependent upon multiple factors which are beyond the control of the TSP. This may include but not limited to, end customer devise, type of data usage (browsing, streaming, download), website latency etc.
    • For all new primary/parent number activation (non MNP) which is happening at retail stores, a onetime activation fee of Rs.300 will be charged to customers upfront prior to activation of services. These charges will be refunded to customers after successful payment of the first bill generated post activation of services at Rs.100 per bill in subsequent three bills.
    • Customer doing Pre to Post conversion along with SIM change at Retail Stores for a primary/parent number activation, a refundable convenience fee of Rs.300 will be charged upfront prior to activation of services. These charges will be refunded from 2nd bill onwards at Rs.100 per bill in subsequent three bills.

    • Plan Specific security deposit (as given below) may be applicable in case of online Pre to Post conversion in select PIN Codes and can be waived off in specific cases basis subscribers past recharge and credit worthiness.

    • International Roaming service for plans activated with security deposit will be available 4 months after plan starts
    • Refund will be made within 60 days of permanent disconnection of number
    • Airtel black bundling is not applicable on Postpaid plans activated under security deposit
    Postpaid Family Plans with Free add-on: 699, 1199, 999, 1399 & 1749

    Under Family 699 plan, customer gets

    1. One free Add-on connection
    2. Unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming) and Unlimited Data for both Parent and Add-on connection.
    3. 100 SMS/day (Local + STD + Roaming) thereafter 10p/SMS (Home – 10p/SMS Local & STD) (Roam – Local 25p/SMS and STD 38p/SMS). ISD SMS are charged at Rs.5 per SMS.
    4. Amazon Prime Mobile Subscription for 6 months at no extra cost, JioHotstar mobile for 1 year at no extra cost, Airtel Xstream Play for 3 months at no extra cost, Google One cloud storage for 6 months at no extra cost, Adobe Express Premium for 1 Year
    5. Customer can add maximum of 9 Add-on connection (Including Free and Paid as per plan construct). Paid Add-on connection will be charged @349 per connection.

    Under Family 999 plan, customer gets

    1. Two free Add-on connections
    2. Unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming) and Unlimited Data for both Parent and Add-on connection
    3. 100 SMS/day (Local + STD + Roaming) thereafter 10p/SMS (Home – 10p/SMS Local & STD) (Roam – Local 25p/SMS and STD 38p/SMS). ISD SMS are charged at Rs.5 per SMS

    4. Netflix basic monthly subscription, Amazon Prime Mobile Subscription for 6 months at no extra cost, JioHotstar mobile for 1 year at no extra cost, Airtel Xstream Play at no extra cost, Google One cloud storage for 6 months at no extra cost, Adobe Express Premium for 1 Year
    5. Customer can add maximum of 9 Add-on connection (Including Free and Paid as per plan construct). Paid Add-on connection will be charged @349 per connection.
    6. Customer can upgrade to Netflix standard by paying fee of Rs.300 per month.
    7. Customer can upgrade to Netflix Premium by paying fee of Rs.450 per month.

    Under Family 1749 plan, customer gets

    1. Four free Add-on connections
    2. Unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming) and Unlimited Data for both Parent and Add-on connection
    3. 100 SMS/day (Local + STD + Roaming) thereafter 10p/SMS (Home – 10p Local & STD) (Roam – Local 25p/SMS and STD 38p/SMS) ISD SMS are charged at Rs.5 per SMS
    4. Netflix Standard monthly subscription, Amazon Prime Mobile Subscription for 6 months at no extra cost, JioHotstar mobile for 1 year at no extra cost, Airtel Xstream Play at no extra cost, Google One cloud storage for 6 months at no extra cost, Adobe Express Premium for 1 Year
    5. Customer can add maximum of 9 Add-on connections (Including Free and Paid as per plan construct). Paid Add-on connection will be charged @349 per connection.
    6. Customer can upgrade to Netflix Premium by paying fee of Rs.150 per month.
    7. Get a bill discount of Rs.3000 applicable once a year, from the date of activation of 1749 plan, on purchase of any International Roaming packs with validity 10 and 30 days packs (Not applicable for any other validity pack). For pack detail https://www.airtel.in/ir-packs/
    8. Postpaid Plan 1749 is a per second pulse plan.
    Postpaid Family Plans T&Cs
    • A Postpaid family can be created via existing add-ons in family plans (699, 999, 1199 ,1399, 1749) or a customer can purchase a paid add-on for Rs 349 and a Data only add-on for Rs.149 (data only add-on plan which will consume the data from the parent data quota)
    • Primary/parent number can manage the add-on services anytime such as data allocation, addition/removal of add-on connections, change bill plan.
    • Parent and add-on numbers can be of same state/circle or from another state/circle to enjoy family plan benefits.
    • If the parent removes addon number from family plan, new address of addon number should be a part of postpaid serviceable area defined by Airtel. Post successful address verification of addon number, it will be migrated as an individual number and benefits of family plan will cease to apply for such individual number.
    • In case of non-payment of bill, services for entire family group (parent and add-on numbers) shall be stopped
    • Add-on numbers will be able to purchase Value Added Services. Charges for such services will be billed to parent number.
    • Services like Value Added Services, International Roaming, ISD are not sharable within family.
    • Parent and Add-on numbers cannot be COCP (company owned company paid) connection.
    • Both parent and add-on numbers should be active to enjoy family plan benefits.
    • Only parent will have the rights to add or remove add-on number, change bill plan and buy more data for the family plan.
    • For generating MNP request, the existing Family plan will have to be de-consolidated.
    • These terms and conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each subscriber. By subscribing to the Offer, subscriber accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
    • Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any subscriber for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
    • AIRTEL HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, RELATING TO THE CUSTOMER AVAILING, NOT RECEIVING OR CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE OFFER.
    • AIRTEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF THE OFFER AND THE MOBILE SERVICES INCLUDING AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, DISRUPTION OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.
    • Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Airtel regarding Airtel’s services or its availability. Airtel’s network and the provisions of the Offer is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.
    • Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the subscriber submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
    Postpaid Plan 449

    Under Postpaid 449 plan, customer gets

    1. Unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming) and Unlimited Data for both Parent and Add-on connection
    2. 100 SMS/day (Local + STD + Roaming) thereafter 10p/SMS (Home – 10p/SMS Local & STD) (Roam – Local 25p/SMS and STD 38p/SMS) ISD SMS are charged at Rs.5 per SMS
    3. Customer can add more family connections to their plan chargeable at @ Rs 349 for regular– Unlimited calls Unlimited data + 100SMS / days (thereafter 10p/SMS)
    4. Airtel Xstream Play for 3 months at no extra cost, Google One cloud storage for 6 months at no extra cost, Adobe Express Premium for 1 Year
    Postpaid Plan 349

    Under Postpaid plan 349, customer gets

    1. Unlimited calls (Local + STD + Roaming)
    2. 25GB monthly data with rollover up to 200 GB (beyond consumption of allocated data quota, data will be stopped)
    3. 100 SMS/day (Local + STD + Roaming) thereafter 10p/SMS (Home – 10p/SMS Local & STD) (Roam – Local 25p/SMS and STD 38p/SMS) ISD SMS are charged at Rs.5 per SMS
    4. Adobe Express Premium for 1 Year
    5. This plan is available for Jammu and Kashmir service area only.
    Postpaid Plan 10

    Under Postpaid plan 10, customer gets

    1. JK10 (advance rental plan) Calls to Mobile 2p/sec and fixed line 2.5p/sec, SMS Home Re.1 / Rs. 1.5 / Rs. 5 per SMS for Local / STD / ISD
    2. For outgoing usage, post activation its mandatory to opt for any of the available Prepaid pack on recurring basis.
    3. The postpaid plan is available only on advance rental basis and no security deposit will be applicable.
    4. For outgoing usage, post activation its mandatory to opt for any of the available Prepaid booster pack on recurring basis.
    5. In the absence of monthly rental payment, all services will be barred.
    6. International roaming is not allowed with this plan.
    7. This plan is available for Jammu and Kashmir service area only.
    8. Activation Fee is not applicable for this plan.
    Terms and Condition for Amazon Prime
    • Airtel postpaid customers subscribing to Postpaid Plan Rs.699 or above will get Amazon Prime subscription for period of 6 months once in their lifetime. Customers availing Amazon Prime subscription shall be bound by the Amazon’s terms and conditions as available on amazon.in/primeterms.
    • Customer on Eligible plan will have to claim the Amazon Prime subscription Via Airtel App.
    • The 6 months subscription will be discontinued in case the customer downgrades to a non eligible postpaid plan or does a Port to Pre migration or moves out of Airtel.
    • Post 6 months the Amazon Prime subscription will be auto-renewed at Rs.1499 for a year.
    Terms and Condition for JioHotstar
    • Airtel postpaid customers subscribing to Postpaid Plan Rs.699 or above will get JioHotstar for period of 12 months once in their lifetime.
    • Customer on Eligible plan will have to claim the JioHotstar subscription Via Airtel App.
    • JioHotstar benefits will continue even if the customer churns or downgrades from the plan
    Terms and Condition for Netflix
    • Airtel postpaid customers subscribing to Postpaid Plan on Rs.1399 is eligible for Netflix Basic and Rs.1749 is Eligible for Netflix Standard. Customer will get Netflix benefits till the customer is active on the plan.
    • Customer on Eligible plan will have to claim the Netflix subscription Via Airtel App.
    • When a Customer downgrades/moves out of Airtel from eligible plans, the Netflix subscription benefits will be removed.
    • When Customer downgrades from Postpaid 1749 plan to Postpaid 1399 Plan then Netflix Standard changed to Netflix Basic.
    • Customer ceases to hold an active account with Airtel Postpaid on eligible plan, they will no longer be able to access Netflix Subscription.
    Terms and Condition for Airtel Xstream Play
    • The Airtel Xstream play subscription can be claimed from Airtel App.
    • All Customers on Plan 449 and 699 will be eligible once in their lifetime for 3 months’ free Xstream Play offer.
    • Post 3 months, the Airtel Xstream Play subscription will be charged Rs.99 per month.
    • Customer can discontinue the offer anytime,
    • Once discontinued the Xstream premium subscription will be available via Xstream App at monthly charge of Rs. 149.
    • All customers on Plan 1199 and above will get free subscription of Airtel Xstream play.
    • Xstream Play can claim by Parent connection only in Family plan, not applicable for add-on numbers.
    • Xstream Play is applicable for Postpaid Family (retail +COIP).
    Terms and Condition for Apple Music
    • The Apple Music Subscription can be claimed from Airtel App
    • All Customers on Plan Rs.999, 1199, 1399 and 1749 will be eligible once in a lifetime for 6 months’ free Apple Music subscription
    • Post 6 months, the Apple Music subscription will be charged Rs.119 per month.
    • The Apple Music subscription will be discontinued in case the customer downgrades to a non-eligible postpaid plan or does Post to Pre migration or moves out of Airtel.
    • This offer is valid for both Android and iOS users.
    • The Apple Music subscription can be claimed by Parent connection only in Family plan.
    • Add-on connections are not eligible to claim Apple Music subscription.
    Terms and Condition for Apple TV+
    • The Apple TV+ Subscription can be claimed from Airtel App.
    • All Customers on Plan Rs.999, 1199, 1399 and 1749 will be eligible for Apple TV+ subscription.
    • The Apple TV+ subscription will be discontinued in case the customer downgrades to a non-eligible postpaid plan or does Post to Pre migration or moves out of Airtel.
    • This offer is valid for both Android and iOS users.
    • The Apple TV+ subscription can be claimed by Parent connection only in Family plan.
    • Add-on connections are not eligible to claim Apple TV+ subscription.
    Terms and Condition for Google One
    • Airtel postpaid customers on Plan 449 & above are eligible to claim Google One (100 GB cloud storage) subscription once in their lifetime.
    • The Google One (100 GB cloud storage) shall be available to customers for 6 months at no extra cost and can be claimed from Airtel App.
    • Customers while claiming the free benefit will need to give consent for “Add to bill” at Rs. 125/- per month post the completion / expiration of the free benefit of 6 months.
    • Google One subscription will be discontinued in case the customer downgrades to a non-eligible postpaid plan or does Post to Pre migration or moves out of Airtel.
    • The Google One subscription can be claimed by Parent connection only in Family plan.
    • Add-on connections are not eligible to claim Google One subscription.
    Terms and Condition for Perplexity Pro
    • Use of Perplexity Pro subscription, customer must have an active number.
    • This offer is valid for both Android and iOS users.
    • Perplexity Pro subscription shall stand cancelled if the customer ports out of Airtel.
    Terms and Condition for Adobe Express
    • The Adobe Express Premium subscription can be claimed from the Manage page of Airtel App.
    • All Airtel active customers in any of plan are eligible for the Adobe Express Premium subscription.
    • Eligible Customers will get free 1 Year subscription to Adobe Express Premium.
    • For claim and use of Adobe Express Premium subscription, customer must have an active number.
    • This offer is valid for both Android and iOS users.
    • Adobe Express Premium subscription shall stand cancelled if the customer ports out of Airtel.
