    Terms & Conditions for delivery of Airtel SIM through Blinkit
    1. Airtel SIM provided by Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter “Airtel”) requisite for using Airtel’s telecom services (hereinafter “Airtel Services”) is available on Blinkit for delivery. However, Customer opting for ordering Airtel SIM card from Blinkit, hereby willfully agree to be bound by following:-
      • These terms and conditions;
      • Customer Applicable Form (“CAF”);
      • The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Blinkit platform and on Airtel website (airtel.in) respectively; and
      • All applicable terms and conditions of Blinkit and Airtel.
    2. Blinkit delivery partner shall endeavor to complete the delivery of Airtel SIM card within the stipulated timelines. However, the delivery time may get extended in case of any unforeseen situation i.e. bad weather, curfew, multiple orders and etc.
    3. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery address is correct and accurate for Airtel SIM card delivery.
    4. For the purpose of delivery of Airtel SIM Card and activation of Airtel Services Blinkit shall share customer details like name, address and etc. with Airtel. Customer acknowledges by agreeing to these terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy and etc. it willfully allows that its information and/or data shall be shared with Airtel for the purposes of providing Airtel Services to customer in accordance to applicable laws.
    5. Customer can use the Airtel SIM card to activate new prepaid connection, new postpaid connection or to switch to Airtel without changing their current number. In case of prepaid connection, the SIM will be active post first recharge on the new number.
    6. Customer shall have to take steps to activate the Airtel SIM card delivered by Blinkit, through Self-KYC process for using the Airtel Services.
    7. Self-KYC can be done by a customer only after the order has been successfully marked as delivered on Blinkit App.
    8. For using Airtel Services on the Airtel SIM card delivered through Blinkit, Customer shall have to complete Self –KYC by filling of Customer Application Form (CAF) through the link / QR code printed in the guide and successfully complete all the respective steps pertaining to same. It is mandatory for the customer to submit a valid Aadhaar details issued by Government of India as proof of identity and proof of address in accordance with the subscriber verification guidelines/process prescribed by Department of Telecommunication, Government of India from time to time for rendering telecom services. Customer while using his/her Aadhaar details for Self-KYC is giving following willful declaration/consent for the verification as below:-
      • Customer is voluntarily using Aadhaar based authentication for activation of Airtel Services through Self-KYC.
      • Customer gives its consent to use its respective Aadhaar number /Virtual-lD verified by an OTP received on Customer’s Aadhaar linked mobile number by UIDAI for sharing the KYC details (demographic data and photograph) from his/her Aadhaar to Airtel for issuing of mobile connection to Customer.
    9. Airtel may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy policy and any other policy/document, at any time, with or without cause, and/or without giving any notice including those available at its website (www.airtel.in).
    10. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airtel and its affiliates and their respective employees, representative from any and all claims, including but not limited to breach of applicable laws (including data protection laws), negligence, fraud, willful misconduct and misrepresentation.
    11. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary the maximum aggregate liability of Airtel to Customer for any reason whatsoever, whether a liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), an indemnity, statute or any other legal theory, shall at all times be limited to INR. 5000/- (Indian National Rupees Five Thousand only).
    12. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
