You can redeem the offer via the Airtel App.

Follow the below steps:

• Open the Airtel Thanks app and log in with your Airtel number.
• Go to the benefits section (look for “Claim OTTs and more,” or the “Discover Airtel Thanks” banner).
• Click on Perplexity Pro card.
• Tap “Claim Now” and then “Proceed”.
• Sign in through Google ID or Apple ID or create an account on Perplexity when redirected.
• Perplexity requires customers to add and/or share valid payment card details directly with Perplexity to verify the account and activate the Offer.

You can claim the offer anytime between 17th July, 2025 and 16th January 2026. After this, users will no longer be able to claim.

Your subscription begins the day you claim the offer on the Airtel app and sign in/sign up to Perplexity.

After the 12 months free trial ends, the subscription gets renewed on a monthly/annual billing cycle, whichever user selected at the time of activation on Perplexity. If not selected, the subscription ends after free trial.

Yes:

• The offer is non-transferable.
• You must remain an active Airtel customer for the full 12-month period.
• Only one redemption per user is allowed.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to mask your actual location may result in ineligibility for the offer.
• If you are on international roaming, please make sure you are connected to a local Indian network without VPN.

On offer redemption, the 12-month offer Period will automatically commence after the conclusion of your existing paid subscription cycle. The existing subscription’s end date will display in your account; the offer subscription will activate automatically when the cycle ends, updating your account with a new end date.

For Perplexity Pro subscribers via Apple or Google in-app purchases: You must disable auto-renewal or set the current subscription to cancel before expiration, to enable the offer. Failure to do so will result in continued billing through Apple or Google, and the offer will not activate.
