Q1. What is the Airtel Recharge Jackpot offer?

Under Airtel Recharge Jackpot offer, any prepaid user doing an unlimited recharge of Rs.169 unlimited pack or higher unlimited recharge packs through Airtel Thanks App during the offer period, i.e. 00:00 hours, of 2nd Sept to 11:59 hours, 5th Sept would be eligible for daily luck draw. Every day 100 customers will be given one Amazon gift coupon worth Rs 1000 and 3 customers would be given one Redmi Note 7 phone (64GB, 4GB RAM) .Winners would be chosen through random selection of eligible mobile numbers.

Q2. Who are eligible for Airtel Recharge Jackpot?

All Airtel mobility customers doing a recharge of Rs.169 or higher during the offer period through Airtel Thanks app. Airtel mobile numbers against which recharge has happened will be considered for lucky draw even if the number is not registered as the primary mobile number in the app.

Q3. Will my existing coupons work with this offer?

All existing offers and payment partner offer will work normally and use will not have any impact on the Airtel Recharge Jackpot offer eligibility.

Q4. How will I get to know the result?

We will be posting the winner list (mobile numbers) on www.airtel.in/recharge-jackpot after the contest gets over by 10th Sept 19. We will be sending SMS to all the winners as well.

Q5. What prize I will get if I win?

1. 100 Winners daily will be given amazon gift voucher worth Rs 1000 which can be used to purchase any merchandise on Amazon worth Rs 1000.There would be no minimum spend criteria to be eligible to use the coupon .The coupon has to be redeemed in a single purchase
2. 3 winners daily will be given Redmi Note 7 (64GB, 4GB RAM) smart phones

One user can be judged winner only once throughout the contest.

Q6. How to claim the prize?

1. All winners would receive a SMS with a link where they need to verify their details.
2. The winners would have to verify the details by 25th Sept'19 in order to claim their prize, post which the verification window would close.
3. Once the details have been verified unique gift voucher code for Amazon gift Voucher would be sent via SMS by 27th Sept'19 which can be used to shop on amazon.in
4. Redmi Phones would be couriered to the address provided by the customers during the claim process. The tentative date of delivery would be by 15th Oct '19
