Wynk Hellotunes are now moving to Airtel Thanks App. You can now manage and enjoy  Hellotunes, all within the app. 

Once you select a new Hellotune on Airtel Thanks App, your current Hellotune will be disabled, and a new subscription will begin

All Airtel prepaid or postpaid customers with an active connection/plan get 1 FREE Hellotune every month with Airtel Thanks App. Once set, your Hellotune stays active for the next 30 days. To extend its validity or change it after 30 days, simply reactivate it through Airtel Thanks App. 

Yes, you can set a Hellotune for all your incoming calls or even pick special tunes for up to 5 contacts. 

You can change your Hellotunes as many times as you like. You can also set Hellotune for free every 30 days within Airtel Thanks App.   

Your current Wynk Hellotune will be automatically moved to Airtel Thanks App. 

If you can’t find your desired song on Airtel Thanks App, don’t worry! N  ew songs are added regularly to our music library. Feel free to explore the 3 million+ songs available or check back later for your favorite tune. 

To check your Hellotune status: 

• 1. Open Airtel Thanks App.
• 2. Tap on the Hellotune icon under ‘All Airtel Services’ section on manage page.

You will see the status and validity of your Hellotune on the screen.  

No, you will no longer be able to set your Hellotune from Wynk App. No worries, though! Just use Airtel Thanks Apps to set and manage your Hellotune easily. 

No. The validity will not get auto renewed. However, you can set up a new Hellotune for free every month using Airtel Thanks App. 

• 1. Go to Airtel Thanks App  
• 2. Click on the “Hellotune” icon under ‘All Airtel Services’ section   on manage page 
• 3. Tap on the “Manage” button  
• 4. Tap on the Hellotune card 
• 5. You will get an option to “Stop Pre-tune Message”
• 6. Tap on it to stop the Pre-tune message  

• 1. Open your Airtel Thanks App and find Hellotune icon under ‘All Airtel Services’ section on manage page.
• 2. Tap on "Manage Hellotune" 
• 3. Tap your existing Hellotune card 
• 4. Tap on "Remove current Hellotune" 

No, there is no limit. However, You can set 1 free Hellotune every 30 days. After that, if you wish to keep it going or change it, just reactivate it on the Airtel Thanks App. If you want to switch tunes as many times as you like, you can get the Monthly Pack for unlimited changes!  

No . You will need an active internet connection to set and manage your Hellotunes on Airtel Thanks App.
