  2. Successfully completed Airtel Africa IPO with total offer size of USD 750 million.
  3. Realised USD 1.45 Bn in Africa as pre IPO proceeds.
  4. Any and all tender offer done for 2023 bond at Africa and deleveraging of USD 1 Bn achieved there.
  5. Realised USD 200 Mn through 25% stake sale in DTH business.
  6. Realised USD 2.8 Bn through stake sale in Infratel.
