We have already launched our 5G Plus services in 8 Indian cities and are working hard to roll out 5G all over the country as soon as possible. Amidst all the 5G buzz, we know a lot of you might have a few questions related to this new 5G technology.

How to Check 5G Compatibility in Phone?

When 4G network was rolled out, many users had to change their sim and get a new 4G sim. It’s not the same with 5G network. Your 4G SIM card doesn’t need to be replaced. They already support 5G technology. But, keeping that aside, there are a few requirements to be fulfilled for using 5G on your smartphone.

One such requirement is a 5G compatible and ready phone. In many cases, your phone might support 5G but still doesn’t have the 5G update in place. Rather than going around and checking online if your phone is 5G compatible, use these below easy methods to check 5G availability on your phone.

Check the smartphone specs online

One of the easiest ways to find out if your smartphone has 5G is to go online and check it from there. You will find plenty of tech websites that will help you with this. In addition, you could also refer to your smartphone manufacturer’s official website.
