What all claims are not covered?
  1. Any defect or damage to the device before you recharged with Airtel.
  2. Cosmetic damages (dent or outer body damage, stripping of color etc.)
  3. Any damage due to negligence, gross misconduct or normal wear & tear
  4. Theft or loss of the Device
  5. Accidental Physical damage beyond screen & Accidental liquid damage
  6. Any damage occurring within 21 days of successful registration
