  • After submitting the form, the executive will take a look at your postpaid account details. If you have any outstanding charges, both monthly and pro-rata basis, you will have to clear those dues to make the switch.
  • You can pay your dues at the Airtel store itself. All kinds of payment modes including cash, UPI, cards, etc., are generally available in the store.
  • Post form submission and dues payment, the representative will raise a request to shift your connection from postpaid to prepaid.
  • You will get an OTP on your Airtel number. Please share it with the executive. The OTP is used for the confirmation and verification process.
  • After this, it will take around 2 hours to activate the prepaid connection. You will have to do an Airtel FRC recharge, i.e., First Recharge on your number.
